Demi is a star - She always offers tea and biscuits, let's you know who is seeing you and is able to identify if you have been waiting a while and will come to make sure that you are OK and get an update for you so that you are aware of what is going on.

Five-Star Experience at Toyota!I recently took my RO70XSM Toyota C-HR for a Full Service here, and the experience was absolutely outstanding.To be honest, I initially booked my service with Kwik Fit because it was cheaper, but I got worried about the quality and decided to cancel it and come to the official Toyota dealer instead. This was the best decision I could have made!Although it cost a bit more (£465 compared to Kwik Fit’s £350), the value is unmatched. They spent 7 hours thoroughly working on my car, including a full engine and e-CVT gearbox fluid change, a multimedia screen update, and even clearing out my windscreen washer jets. They also sent me a detailed video health check from underneath the car, which was amazing and transparent.The moment I started the car after the service, it felt brand new—better than when I bought it 3 years ago! The engine is now in absolute silence, the throttle response is instant like a panther, and the air conditioning cools down the cabin in just 5 seconds.On top of the expert mechanical work, the customer service was fantastic. The dealership has a massive, beautiful lounge with very polite and respectful staff, free Wi-Fi, great coffee, Thank you to the whole team for their precision and professionalism. It was worth every single penny. I will never take my hybrid anywhere else.thanks for everything

One Star Is More Than They Deserve – Terrible Experience with Toyota Colindale Service Department

Last February, I gave Toyota Colindale Service Department a 2-star review because of a bad experience with their technicians. Unfortunately, it has happened again—and this time, it is even worse. Honestly, one star doesn't even feel deserved.

My 2025 Toyota C-HR was booked in on 14th August at 10:00 am because the window was rolling up far too slowly. At around 4:30 pm, I was contacted and told that they needed to keep my car for several more days to investigate the issue. I was also told that they needed to involve the previous technician who dealt with my faulty door handle last February.

What I find particularly frustrating is that I was told they had already stripped down the door panel and carried out an investigation. If the door had already been inspected, why was it not possible to establish the likely cause of the problem during that day's assessment?

This situation has completely destroyed my confidence and trust in the service department. After experiencing problems with the technicians twice now, I no longer feel comfortable leaving my car with them.

I will be looking for another Toyota service centre, even if it means travelling much farther from my home. At this point, trust and confidence in the people handling my car are more important than convenience.

NEVER AGAIN, TOYOTA COLINDALE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

I visited the Toyota dealer on Edgware Road, London, to activate the remote window operation on my car.

I initially spoke to Cheril on the phone, and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She gave me several options so I could choose a time that suited me.

When I arrived today at around 9:45am, I was introduced to Cheril, and to my surprise, she was even kinder and more welcoming in person. She immediately made me feel comfortable, offered me coffee and biscuits, and personally went to the service department to find a technician who knew exactly what needed to be done.

She came back and told me that Benny would be there within 10 minutes to sort out the car — and true to her word, he arrived shortly afterwards. Benny took the car into the service area, completed the job within about 10 minutes, and brought the car back to show me how the feature worked.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Both Cheril and Benny were professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to assist me.

I wanted to make sure the Service Management was aware of the excellent service I received. A big thank you to Cheril and Benny — they are a real credit to Toyota and Jemca.

Dino, was really lovely and done my MOT retest on the same day instead of next day. Aisha and Debbie are always lovely and bubbly. Very helpful and love seeing them smiling all the time. I always recommend them to my friends and family. They really look after you.

I recently bought a "new" second-hand car, and the service I received throughout the purchase process was professional, considerate, and tailored to my needs.
The salesperson, Fernando Videira, was welcoming, friendly, and supportive in helping me find the right car for me. Throughout the process, he listened carefully and took the time to explain every question I had in detail. As someone with limited knowledge about cars and someone who is anxious about buying one, this made a huge difference and gave me confidence in my decision.
After I purchased the car, Fernando took the time to explain its different features, making me feel much more familiar with it and comfortable driving it home. A few days later, he also called to check that I was still happy with my purchase. During that call, he reassured me that I could contact him or his colleagues at Toyota if I had any questions or concerns in the future.
Overall, the level of customer care I received was beyond my expectations. For anyone who feels unsure about buying a car, I can honestly say that the customer service and support I was given made the whole experience enjoyable, and stress-free.

Booked a viewing for a friend of mine from Kuwait. Received confirmation email for viewing. To double make sure, just before I left my house to see the car I phoned Jemca Toyota Edgware Rd to make sure the car was in, they confirmed the appointment. I took the afternoon off work and drove an hour and half to the store. When I arrived they told me they had already sold the car!!!!! If they had asked me to leave a deposit I would have. Terrible and unprofessional service. if this was the beginning, I can imagine what there service would be like after!!! So probably better I didn't get the car from them!

Both Nadia and Mumzee from the front desk were exceptionally great and goes beyond their ways to accommodate my issues and needs. Really looking forward for my next service. Thanks you so much to both of them. XXXxX
