Waiting 3 months for a different product

Took them 3 months to send me 1 koi fish dice. Turn out it is a pumpkin dice (almost the ugliest one you can imagine). When I contacted them I got this vague out of stock story due to a fire (as I have read here before). Because of the 'misfortune' and the current financial issues, they can't provide replacement or a refund. I am a little bitter about the entire situation, especially after reading all the other reviews here. Be wise and do not order @ jelly.

I ordered the Lucky Penguin d20 die and…

I ordered the Lucky Penguin d20 die and the quality is really bad. You can hardly tell it’s a penguin. The picture on the website is with a cute penguin face. Mine has a smashed face and is positioned behind the numbers in such a way that it’s really frustrating. I tried contacting support and sent them pictures and they were not helpful at all. Instead of standing behind a quality product, they said they can’t guarantee a new one would be good. All of this after waiting almost 3 months for it to arrive!

Don't spend your money here!

Having the same issue everyone else is mentioning--my order was very delayed and when it finally came in, I received two jack o'lanterns and not the penguin, fish pond and Bulbasaur I ordered. Pathetic.

If it was just my order, you could say it's my bad luck. The exact same experience repeatedly? Don't do business with this company.

Update: I got a response from the company:
First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in our store. We regret to inform you that this item is currently out of stock because of the fire in transit vehicles leading to out of stock. In addition, we are having some financial problems due to the consequences of this misfortune. Therefore, we are unable to refund your order right. We greatly appreciate your kindness if you accept our replacement. They are best-selling products in our store: Jack'O Latern D20 Dice. We know that we have let you down and we understand your disappointment. We truly apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and hope to receive your forgiveness.

Awful Company/Customer Service that DOESN'T care about it's customers.

I ordered two D20s from this site, an "Amazing Fish Pond" D20 that featured a Koi fish in the die, and a "Lucky Penguin" D20 that featured a penguin inside the D20.

After a month of hearing nothing from them I contacted them asking where my items where. No one could give me any information so I requested a some kind of reassurance that I wasn't scammed out of my money.

"Your order is now being processed and handled by the shipping agency.

We will appreciate your patience in this matter. Delays may happen during the process of shipping orders. But rest assured that we will deliver your order."

That is unacceptable as at this point we were 38 days out and their normal delivery time to the US was 20 days. At some point in time I asked for my money back but "my order was being processed" so they refused to cancel it. Then I just asked them to do ANYTHING to show that they valued me as a customer and they were working to make things right.

"Hello,

We fully understand where you're coming from and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We'll make sure you'll receive your order soon."

That was on 7/13/20 its now 8/22/20 and I'm receiving a package from them. It's a D20 with a Jack-O-Lantern in it and it has a clear air bubble in the 20 side, which isn't what I ordered and it isn't even done well. After almost 3 long months of waiting I not only received the wrong item, but a DEFECTIVE ONE! I just emailed them about this so we'll see if they give me the "this is a handmade item" BS but man please just don't trust them. They are an awful company, that does NOT care about their customers.

Honestly if I could give them a zero I would.

Dishonest descriptions and Refusal to Return

I was shipped an item that was meant to be embroidered and received an item that was poorly screen printed. I never received the second item in the order. When I contacted customer service with evidence of both issues, they simply replied that since the items were handmade, there would be discrepancies and that I could not return the item for a refund.

Don’t order from them

It’s been over a month and still haven’t received my product. When I tried to cancel the order they said it’s already in transit and can’t be cancelled and I can’t be refunded. It only started moving two days ago and it’s still in China. Don’t order from them.

Jellystore.com scammers & thieves

Bought 2 pairs hummingbird hoop earrings. Almost $60. for the 2 pairs. They tried taking the money out of my bank twice, one of those times was through paypal. I don't even have a paypal account. 2 months later I still don't have the earrings. According to the tracking number they're still in china and they won't refund my money because they claim they can't cancel the order. They should have negative stars. Don't buy anything you see on facebook especially if it comes from china.

Total Scam

Ordered a world map embroidered sweater and got a cheap piece of chiffon with printing on it. The seams were falling apart. When I contacted customer service they basically told me it was my fault that the item did not meet expectations and that they wouldn't refund me. They are obviously a scam. Do not fall for it! Looking more into it the picture from the sweater I intended to purchase actually belongs to an Etsy business. These people just stole it and put it in their website.

Would give a negative star if I could

Would give a negative star if I could. I ordered on May 15th. Here it is July 16 and I still don't have my order and they can't tell me where it is. I am about ready to go to my bank and file a fraud claim to get my money back. This is ridiculous.

Wow what a horrible experience

Wow what a horrible experience. I ordered over a month ago and most of it still isn’t here. ILI ordered like $100 worth of stuff(my mistake I know) and it’s all late. Today, I received the ugliest earring I’ve ever seen and realized it was NOT what I ordered AT ALL. I wish I could post a picture so you could laugh too. A 1st grade version of what I thought I was getting. I’m scared to open the rest of what I ordered after reading the reviews. Yikes. Never buying something via a Facebook ad again. No customer service and they gave me a tracking number that won’t update so I have no idea when the rest is coming. I’m still laughing at these ugly rain loud earrings that they took off the website(I assumed-based on the reviews-that they stoke the picture of the earring from another page), I would have

Not even worth one star

I honestly don't even want to give this company one star. I ordered one product that was a Sloth item...after waiting over a month for the item to arrive, the packages shows up with a Panda item. All the company can say is please accept our apologies..no...correct the problem or give me a full refund. Save your money!!!
