I am so happy with the results! The pictures of my grandson in the book look exactly like him. He loves the book and the dinosaurs were his favorite. I highly recommended this books and these company. 10/10 for everything they did.

I purchased the Explorer dinosaur book for my 6 year old grandson! His first reaction was omg, that is me!! He absolutely loves it. ❤️

Difficulty with order and hard to communicate with Miracles site

I ordered a book from this company. Approximately 30 minutes after I placed my order I realized that the delivery address they were using was incorrect. I immediately contacted them via e- mail several times to correct the mistake and sent the correct address. I received no response. I tried again the next day and they finally responded saying it was too late to change the address since the package was already sent. I know that had they responded when I initially sent my e- mail this could have been rectified. There is no one at the address they are sending to now. I am very disappointed in their customer service!!! Now my great niece will not receive her special birthday gift!
What will the company do about this situation!?!

The quality of the materials and graphics are great, and the story is wonderful. My grandson loves dinosaurs so the story is a tremendous hit for him on his 5th birthday.

The book was easy to order and arrived on time. It was well done and we are taking it to our Grandson this week. His Mom has seen it and thinks he will love it. I wish it cost less.

The quality of this book is wonderful. My 4 year old grandson loves dinosaurs. The vibrant illustrations and cute storyline kept him completely engaged from beginning to end. After reading it multiple times he still gets just as excited each time, and truly felt like part of the adventure

I was asked to give a review.
The Book was okay, arrived in good condition.
I was expecting the illustrations to be more vibrant like in the advertising. In reality the colors are muted and dull. However the illustration is cute . It’s a basic template with an avatar insert.
Shipping and communication was a huge issue .
In the advertising it says USA you will get tracking number via email. This didn’t happen , you’re redirect to down load the shop app which doesn’t give a tracking number and gives miss information.
Requested a tracking number was told it was only for expedited shipping . I ,however paid for expedited shipping. They didn’t bother to look at the order number or the screenshots, they just gave a generic answer.
Charging discrepancies fast track should only be 3.99 I was charged 4.99 usd and you still won’t get it in time .
Was refunded 3.99 not the 4.99 I was charged.
I stated repeatedly I needed the book for a birthday by May 1st .
I just received it today on May 4 . It was ordered April 15th.
Communication is poor , and not informative .
Pricing discrepancy is a huge concern. Yes it’s only a 1.00 usd but it adds up.
Shipping is terrible and will go through UPS then a USPS carrier so you will not get it on time .
Would I recommend this product?
No .
I ended up making a book for her that she truly enjoyed and if I could send it back ,I would but they won’t accept it regardless of what the refund protocol says because it’s an “customized “ product .
Unfortunately the book arrived 3 days after the birthday this was the biggest issue.
Overall not worth the 48.97 USD I paid .
I really wanted to like this company, I was truly excited. I have a baby shower coming up in July I was seriously considering purchasing individualized books for the kids that would be attending.
I will not be using this company.
Not a scam but a difficult company, not vibrant illustration as advertised. Communication and shipping is an nightmare

I bought the princess book for my granddaughter’s upcoming birthday
so she hasn’t seen it yet. She will be three and really loves the princess shows and books. It really does look like her and I’m sure she will love it.

My 3 yr old granddaughter recognised herself right away .she then ran around the room telling everyone. It was a magical moment to see her face light up .Thanks to your team. You made a old man and a little girl very happy 😊

On beginning my daughter she was so upset because I order for her the book like gift,but when she read and she see her name on the top she was so excited just waiting to read together the book before go to bed. The story it was amazing and very excited about everything.
I recommended for my friends the site to order for them kids.

They have lied to me continuously lie after lie
Told me it was shipped out over a week ago with no tracking number. Today’s story was oh we shipped out here is the travking number
Don’t Buy from this joke of a company

Concept great but book arrived filled with print errors in text making most work illegible.
They promised to replace immediately but despite many efforts to contact them, we are still waiting…
Extremely disappointed. ☹️

Finally, a response! After several email exchanges with me pleading for a refund, I was initially told ‘no refund’ on personalised items (even if their fault?); however, they did eventually recognise the unfairness and sent £10 recompense and have now replaced the error ridden book.
