Terrible from start to never ending…
Ordered a phone case, never received shipping notification from either jelly case or a shipping partner, contacted them 2 weeks later for an update, had to follow up multiple times over a week and half to get a response saying they lost my order and would ship it again. Once again didn’t get a shipping notification. Followed up again asking for a refund as we are now over a month since ordering.
Rude responses from someone named mark. A week later I finally get my shipping notification from some carrier in the middle of China. Still don’t have the product or any ETA. Just another drop shipping scam

SCAM/FRAUD ALERT! Purchased 2/14/2024

Purchased 2/14/2024, got the confirmation email. That's it. Nothing else. I've emailed them multiple times since then (at least 4 times) with not a single response from them. I put the order #109296 in on their website with the email (same email and order number they sent me), and it doesn't exist. SCAM SCAM SCAM run away SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ticket #'s for emails I've sent 60520, 60519, 59280, 58988.

And no, before they give the canned response of shipping delays in my area - there is no such shipping delay in my area (NW USA). None.

wish i could give 0 stars. ordered a phone case a month ago and it still hasn’t come. i emailed them around 4 times asking for a refund and never got a response. this place is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY!!

Great experience

Ordered two cases on 28 March and they were delivered in two-three weeks!
Cases are in great condition and I’m loving them both!
This is the the third time I ordered for them and I wasn’t disappointed!

I wish I had of seen these reviews…

Update: May 28, 2024:
I’ve asked for a refund, since the last email they told me they’ve re-shipped me a new case and told me a tracking number would be provided in 24-48hrs, that never happened. I’ve emailed and asked for a refund, they never responded.

UPDATE: the below blanket response says it’s a delay in my shipping region. I live in Canada and there is no delays in my shipping area. Nice try. Why can’t you provide a tracking number for the supposed package that you’ve sent? Why? Because no package was actually sent. And I have contacted the support email. I was given the same excuse. As a small business owner myself, it would be ashamed of taking peoples money and not sending out tracking numbers or the actual package. With the 1 star reviews your company has I am not the only one. Do not blame it on shipping.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before purchase. Ordered on April 13, email said I would get a tracking number and I could track by the Shop app. No tracking number shows up, no email and when I put in the order number it says it doesn’t exist. Order number #110435, either send it or refund it. One more week and I’m disputing the charge and getting my money back.

can't track my order; never received it

My order was placed 30 days ago. They sent me this email where I'm supposed to be able to track my order through another company called SHOP. That company cannot find my order at all. That means it was likely never shipped. This is a SCAM! I wish I had read about this before ordering from this terrible company.

Scam!!

Terrible service!! It has been 7 months since I order my phone case and still nothing! No confirmation and when contacted I was told it was handed over to the shipping partner and that I would received information shortly after. NOTHING! Took my money of course, so not buy they are a scam. Requested a refund and have heard nothing! No wonder they don’t have a review section on their actual website. Should’ve known by how fake it looked!!!

Horrible

Horrible. DO NOT buy. I ordered a phone case, it never came and they won’t refund me. I had to contact my credit card company and cancel my credit card… All this for $25. They responded to my emails when I told them I never received the case, but as soon as I asked about my refund they stopped. Disgusting service

If I could rate this bs store a negative I would. I have yet to know if they even will ship my stuff out or not and it has been a month. No one responds EVER to emails or anything and now they've just taken my money!!!

So disappointed…

I also wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order on 4/11. I have since not received any shipment confirmation or tracking and when I try to check my order status on their site it says the order (#110363) cannot be found. I emailed about an update today but after finding this thread am not hopeful and would like my money back.
