First time ordering from the Jeffree star site , and will never order again .
I purchased make up about 5 months ago and still waiting to receive it .
I recently sent a email asking what was going on and got a email back just saying I'm getting refunded .. extremely disappointed been waiting so long just to be told I'm not getting it will not be purchasing anything from this site again .

Jeffree star make up is so bad sad. I know a lot of these bad reviews are a lie bc I jist tried the eye shadow and its buttery. I tried the highlighter and it's so bomb. I also tried the velour lip color and it is flawless. So dont lie and hate bc the Formula is way better then anything I ever tried

Super disappointed. As a first time customer, I was very excited to get my first Mystery Box pre-Covid. In Canada, I had to pay duties - in the end, with $ conversion and duties, the Supreme Mystery Box ended up costing me around $400. Based on that alone, I would not order again, but what's worse, the Blue Blood palette came with FINGERPRINTS on the eyeshadows and the mirror. I then found myself in an email battle with Jeffree Star Cosmetics Customer Service. They said they could not see the fingerprints in the photo. I said I have a video of me opening the palette, but they only wanted 1 photo of the palette next to the shipping slip * my package did not contain a shipping slip - they said take a photo of the palette next to the package with your name / address on it. Such a picture is taken from further away and made it difficult to see the fingerprints I spoke of. I sent multiple emails and photos / explained the situation to multiple people. In the end, they "assured me the palette left the factory in perfect condition" and only gave me the option to return it (at my own expense). They did nothing to help me or replace it. I will never order again based on this experience.

Furthermore, I had heard and read some unsavory things about Jeffree Star. I thought perhaps it was a thing of the past, but new details are arising about his shade. I no longer want to support him, if these allegations are true or not, I don't want to take a chance. There are more reputable companies - Black owned, Indigenous owned - who I would rather give my hard earned $ to...

The worst everything I ordered came broken
I emailed them And they wanted to give me 3% off my next order

My father and I regularly send gifts to/from the UK and US... we have never had customs impose extra taxes and charges. The Conspiracy pallet incurred import tax AND a penalty fare as the sender didn’t pay the correct tax at point of sending.
Jeffree Star MUST know their goods get extra taxes yet only mention a possible charge mentioned quietly several clicks away in the faq... not in a pop up box at the checkouts to warn unsuspecting customers.
£65 for makeup was steep anyway, then another £20 was just rude... there’s no way it’s worth this and shall never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered some slides for my daughters 13th birthday right before Callifornia shut down. When they came a size 9 in mens were to small. So they obviously run super small as she is a 9 in womens. These slides a month to the day after her birthday. I contact customer service for an exchange. At first they wanted me to pay shipping. Then i had to take a photo of the box, packing slip, slides and shipping box with label showing all in one photo. It took forever hearing back. When i finally heard back i found out the 40 dollar slides that i have now waited 4 months for are 24 dollars so i ask for a refund due to all the issues and the sale to be told they cannot do so. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. I was trying to fully support what my daughter supports and you have horrible service only greed.

I bought the conspiracy palette because I'm a fan of Jeffree and Shane and I loved it at first but the product and shades are nothing new or revolutionary, not bad but money is better spent somewhere else.

Cheap makeup, nothing special that would make me loyal to this brand. Furthermore, I literally just found out all these awful racist slurs and mean spirited unnecessary drama that Jeffree Star himself (who has so far been irrelevant to me) causes all over the internet and I will definitely never touch this brand again.

Im a big fan of JS but my first and last order was nothing short of a joke. Ordered on 20th April 2020. They stated there would be a delay because of Covid-19 ect but shouldnt be more than a few weeks. I finally received my package today after 2 and a half months. The jumper i ordered is such poor quality, the print on both sides is almost invisible and not worth the £45 price tag! Save yourself the hassle and order from BeautyBay.

Great make up but NO customer service. Will not order from them again. I placed 2 orders but received no confirmation email. They charged my card that day. A month later no package no response to email to get tracking number. They plainly state they take their time to respond and if you email more than one time your email is put at the bottom. I am going to contest the charges in my card!

Right off the bat,I was irritated it took so long for my order to ship. I placed it on April 28th,and it didn't ship until the cremated release. I contacted them to inquire on the order,and it was basically a automated excuse blaming covid. However.. when I finally got my package, it was put together like a beautiful gift. Every item I ordered is top quality,and I'm very happy with it. All and all,good things come to those who wait. If you can handle the painfully long wait time,it is most definitely worth it.

I Bought a rainbow track jacket the other day that I'd been dying for since I saw in in jeffree & Shane's collabs, (I was too late on the track pants but oh well we know how that goes lol I'll wait for a restock) it arrived in record time (like 3 days from CA to SC) even through all this covid shipping nonsense. This product is everything I've dreamed of and more, it is beautiful, and comfortable! Even came with a photo from the cremated launch ❤ I'm beyond happy with this company and wish I could give them and Jeffree Star himself 10 stars!

I ordered a hot pink side back and I got a baby pink. The label on the bag I got also says "hot pink" and it is completely different from the color the bag is supposed to be according to the website. I feel that was false advertising. Now I am stuck with a baby pink side bag because the hussle with retuns with this comapny is just a nightmare and not worth my time, uurrggg...

Horrible. All around. So disappointing.

This isn't really a review. I am writing to thank you for making my granddaughter smile again. She has be through a lot lately and suffers from depression and servere anxiety issues. I know you are an animal lover so you will understand. One of cats passed on sunday and she recieved her ider on monday to see her smile which is rare made me very happy. So thank you your products are great and she gets such pleasure from them I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate it

I just received the Jeffree Star Shane Glossin’ lip gloss. It understandably took a bit to get here due to the slow on shipping. The problems is, while I was under the impression that it is supposed to smell like root beer, in reality is smells more like a Christmasy scented candle. Kinda let down

Bloodsugar- 5 stars! 1st Pallet I ever bought that was not a neutral brown pallet. It changed my world in my 40’s!
Thirsty- 4.5 stars love the glitters!
Conspiracy- 5 stars Love love love it.
Mini-Controversy- 5 stars love it!
Jawbreaker-4.5 stars A go to for every color
Mini-breaker-5 stars love this one! Especially the lilacish pink, gold and purple.
Bloodlust-3.5- A bit disappointed with this one for a few reasons: Not as blendible as the normal formula, but they are mostly the dark purples that I am having problems with and that’s normal. Some of the colors seem to fade quickly. They go on very pigmented, then fade. Still not upset I bought it! Still will use it.
Velour liquid lip-4.5 stars. Great formula! Just wish that lipgloss didn’t automatically remove it!
The gloss- 5 stars!
Magic Star Setting Powder-5 stars. As someone with more mature skin, love this because there isn’t any creasing under my eyes!
Magic Star concealer- 5 stars, hands down one of the best on the market!
Velour lip liner-4 stars Androgyny and doll parts can tend to be a bit crumbly.
Supreme frost highlight-5 stars
Platinum Ice Highlight pallet- 4.5 stars. Love the colors, don’t love how chalky a couple of the colors become but they still look great!
Skin Frost highlighter-5 stars! The only downfall is it is tends to break on me! I think it’s because it is such a big pan and I’m not the most careful person.
Jeffree Star x Morphe pallet- 4 stars. Only morphe pallet I own. I would never buy it without his collab. Not crazy about the brand.
JS + Morphe setting spray- 2 stars. Gets sticky in cap and sprays funny. Do not recommend.
JS + Morphe brushes - 4 stars

My shipments have ALWAYS been super quick, aside from Conspiracy launch and the delay in shipping due to COVID. Those are the ONLY 2 times I have waited more that a few days for my items to arrive.

Customer Service has always been really good anytime I have reached out to them. Love the brand- Will continue to support! Overall great quality products at decent price points.

It’s ridiculous to get get broken mirrors and palette you patiently waited OVER A MONTH FOR, then email customer service (as THEY request) wait weeks and hear nothing then email again STILL NOTHING! They say not to email more than once knowing it will be months if ever that you will hear from them.But people usually do after waiting weeks! NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! He won’t last long treating people like that. He blames the virus yet beautylish who also sells his stuff managed to get their stuff out! I waited 5-6 days so a little longer as they are super fast normally but NOT OVER A MONTH! Jeffree Star Cosmetics always has issues with website and shipping delays. He always has excuses!! If you EVER SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT your experience ON TWITTER HE BLOCKS you! I kid you not! For someone so quick to attack others, he’s easily offended by something like, “sell a few BIRKIN BAGS AND hire a whole customer service team!”
I guess I’ll be contacting my credit card company to file a claim since I don’t ever expect a response from JSC.

Ordered conspiracy palette on 20th April, beennwaiting and waiting for it to arrive. Today on the 9th June, I received a note saying it couldn't be delivered due to a customs charge which I wasnt made aware of when I made my purchase. Was a big shock. I am very disappointed.
