Great Products but Bad Customer Service
I have always ordered from Kylie skin, I love her products, but their customer service is horrible. I had a ordered that was “delivered” but I never received it and they said I had to wait seven days to make sure it won’t be delivered later and then fill out this form to either get my money back or get sent the product again. I filled out the form to get the product again to a new address and for six days now it’s saying it’s unfulfilled. I made this order about a month ago and still haven’t got my product.
I WOULD VOTE 0 IF I COULD
If i could vote 0 i would…
Got this as a Christmas gift… never suffered with sensitive skin and i’ve been able to use scented products. Thought i would pamper myself Friday night by using the facial wash, toner and face mask. By the morning noticed my skin was burning up but thought i was coming down with a fever. All day my skin was itchy and tight. Skip to now, my skin is completely dried out, bright red, burning, itchy and now flaking. I am not saying this to be spiteful. I love Kylie’s products especially her fragrance but this… this should be taken off the shelves. I am embarrassed to leave my house looking like a snake shedding its skin. Don’t waste your money guys!

Kylie skin clarifying face wash and gel moisturiser
I had got the Kylie cosmetics advent calendar for Christmas and it came with the Kylie skin clarifying face wash and gel both products gave me an allergic reaction, my face was red and my skin was very dry and itchy after a few days it started peeling, it’s been about a month since I stopped using it and my skin is still very dry and flakey, it’s almost as if it’s messed up my skin barrier. Very disappointed as my skin was healthy and not dry before using this product. Would not recommend

Got the clarifying oil
Got the clarifying oil, and instantly had large pimples under the skin. I stopped using it, and my skin was amazing. Then I tried last night again, thinking maybe it was something else and then bam, 2 huge pimples under the skin that really hurt. Don’t buy it people.

I love Kylie, but the products broke out my skin it was never like this before !!😡
Do not buy Kylie skin they will take your money.
A few months ago a bought the Kylie skin care set along with a few other things. The total ended up being over 300$. This was a lot for me especially with me not having much money but I decided to treat myself. I bought the product and was really excited and waited 3 weeks and still no product came. I live in Texas and I checked the track my package and it said it was still in California. I tried contacting Kylie skin and they told me to wait. I waited 2 more weeks and still nothing arrived. An employee from Kylie skin said my package has been lost and she can’t track it down. I wanted a refund but she said she can’t send me a new package and she can’t give me back my money until the package comes to my house. I waited over a year for my package to come and nothing ever came. The tracker of my package always stayed in California. I can’t believe she told me I had to wait even though she said my package is lost. To this day I’m still wanting my money back because that is a lot of money to me.

Do not buy! Worst experience I have encountered with a skincare product. Very disappointed. I have read other similar reviews. This product should be taken off the shelves or come with a warning!!

The whole thing I like about this product is the toner. It really compliments my skin. And also, I love the packaging, super cute!

Terrible for your skin!
The facial moisturizer made my skin red, blotchy, and inflamed after only one use, and I don’t even have sensitive skin. Honestly, I’ve used Walmart brand lotion that was better than this stuff. Not to mention the smell was awful.
I got the vitamin C serum and in 1 week…
I got the vitamin C serum and in 1 week I woke up in the morning with eczema around my eyes!! Every morning I wake up with puffy eyes and inflamed skin. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Worst mistake of my life
Not as expected
Kinda expensive, I expected more for these prices tbh
