Never received my right items
Never received my right items, never got a refund, and when I rang JD the people on the phone where useless, lazy, and rude they where no help at all and kept putting me on hold to then hang up on me

Great tranners
Great tranners . I got the Nike zoommx size 6 1/2 the best tranner I ever bought. I was that impressed I bought another pair 2weeks later. JD were great to deal with. Great price great delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from JD Sports.
My order arrived in two separate packages. The first package contained just one top, while the second package was supposed to contain the rest of my order. However, when it arrived, the package was damaged and had clearly been opened. The only items inside were two pairs of trainers. The trainers themselves are excellent quality, so I would give the products 5 stars, but unfortunately that's where the positive experience ends.
Unfortunately, I can't give a proper overall review because I never received most of my order. Around six items were missing from the damaged package. It was a large and expensive order, and I'm now left out of pocket with no products to show for a significant portion of what I paid for.
I contacted JD Sports immediately to report the damaged package and the missing items. That was over two weeks ago. I was told the matter had been passed on for investigation, but I have still received no update, no replacement items, and no refund. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating.
While I'm very happy with the trainers I did receive, the overall experience has been unacceptable due to the damaged package, missing items, and the complete lack of follow-up from customer service. I expected much better from a company of this size and hope this issue is resolved without any further delay.

Over Charged
I paid €125 for the tracksuit bottoms on my order and when it arrived the tag was priced at €120. I have contacted customer service in relation to this and to date have received no reply.
