I had to return an item to liffey…
I had to return an item to liffey valley. The staff were incredibly rude. There was no barcode on my email order and they made it out that it was my fault. I was left waiting ages as the girl said they needed the device to charge to look up my order. Eventually I asked could she not find another device as it didnt look like it was charging. She look at me in detain. Eventually she went and got another device. Then she couldnt find the order. Asked me 3 times what date I ordered it she I showed her email. Then she got her supervisor who was equally rude. No apology for the wait. Asked me to show her the email with the price on it. I had 3 emails and none had the price on it ans again she looked at me like it was my fault. Awful experience to return a pair of socks. Please train your staff better. I get that they are busy but I went to schuh next door to get something and the difference. Friendly staff that were helpful and actually smiled at the customers
