Poor experience despite decent products
Honestly, I can only agree with many of the reviews here. I wish I had read them before ordering.
I liked some of the exclusive products available on JD Sports, so I decided to place an order. Unfortunately, the overall experience was really poor.
First, the website was full of bugs and the user experience was frustrating. I had to repeat the purchase process 3 or 4 times before I could finally complete the order. The errors were unclear and I was repeatedly asked to restart the process.
Second, one of the 3 products I ordered was later removed from the order because it was apparently out of stock. I received a refund a few days later, but the product was still shown as available on the website and could still be ordered. I contacted customer service to understand why, and they told me the product was serviced by a third party and that if I had ordered the hat on the JD website, the order would have been processed correctly. This made no sense, since I had ordered it directly from the JD website.
On top of that, I had used a one time voucher code, but they could not reissue it or offer any alternative compensation.
So if I wanted to order the item again, I would have had to pay full price plus shipping, since the item alone was below the minimum basket value.
The 3 products were also sent in 3 separate shipments, which felt quite wasteful.
Finally, the packaging was very poor. The box came inside a black plastic bag that looked like a trash bag. I understand functional packaging, but from a company operating in fashion, I would expect at least a basic level of presentation.
To be fair, the products arrived within a reasonable time, they are nice, and some prices were slightly better than average.
However, the service was poor overall, and I do not think I will order again unless there is a very strong price advantage.

I was disappointed with this pair. I already own another New Balance 740 model, and compared to that one, the quality of this pair feels much lower. The materials and overall feel don’t match the standard I expected, so unfortunately I was quite let down by this purchase.

I like the products that you have and the discounts, but the service is not so good and the delivery not correct. Last time I oredered 4 pairs of Addidad socks and I received only two pair: no one gave me a response and did not take responsibility, this time I ordered a tracsuit and the delivery was terrible , I was at home they didn’t even try to kling , they just left it in front of the door outside like a garbage. (i have also photo of that) .
