Screwed by false advertising
I called them because I got pre approved I got there with my truck to trade in they did give me a decent price for my trade but I wanted a truck they kept trying to push me into getting something else which I’m not happy about. First of all this place is supposed to deal with people with not a ton of money and they are supposed to help you. Nope they don’t they did just the opposite. They never tell you the mileage or price and they want 20+ thousand for trucks with over 100 thousand miles on them. They were running a special supposedly of 500 and some odd dollars down that’s false advertising. They wanted more than 3000 down cause I guess they can only finance 14 thousand so yes the 500+ down is false advertisement I’m not pleased I’m not happy but it’s ok cause I still have my old trusty truck. Screw this place and everyone that works there. They are crooks. Never again will I go there

Purchased a 2014 chrysler 200 last from lancaster ave shillington paJune 2022 a month after I had it transmission went everything was running fine till a little bit ago took car dropped of June 24th it wasent till 2 weeks after I had to call and find out about car that it needed a 2nd transmission they finally got to it 4 weeks later put second transmission in went to do emissions inspection on it and code came up now they need to put another transmission in which makes 3 in one year wish they were honest people and at least give my down money back they are crooked people and dave and Greg in service have no morals and no feelings and that goes for owner Mike too they don't care who they take advantage of as long as they get a paycheck

I had my car for 6 months and on July 1st I was riding down the street and the whole connection that connect the tire to the car popped off out of nowhere. I didn’t hit anything at all. I got my car towed to them and they told me I have to take my car to a body shop. But All and all this is they fault because even if I did hit something the whole part that connect the tire will not come off. My tire is still attached to the car so how is it my fault. It could have took how ever long it took they didn’t do a good job at putting the parts on smh.

I got a car on a Friday afternoon woke up the next morning car wouldn’t start. Car was towed back to the lot they fixed ignition got the car back! Car was not driving good so went in for service they changed the wheel hub assembly got the car back and yet again car was still not driving correct they got me in once again 2 months later redid the wheel hub assembly the barrings said it needed the upper and lower control arms and was suppose to put in a new ac compressor rather then fixing these things while the car is there I was told I have to set up a new service appointment for that. I get the car back and soon as I start driving I hear grinding the breaks are metal to metal mind you before I dropped my car off the breaks was perfectly fine. So I did make a new service appointment for July 12th I get a phone call yesterday telling me my appointment would be moved to July 17th due to the Springfield. This is so unprofessional. You send someone away knowingly that it is dangerous to drive a car that needs certain maintenance… but I can assure you they don’t want to wait on that payment

You have to be on time for the payment but take time to fix it. Reach out to the dealership for what. The finance person talks to you like a child. I took my car in March they only fixed one side of my vehicle. Two months later the same problem but on the other side of the
vehicle and then charged me. When it should have been done back in March. Let me be one day late on a payment. Here comes the calls and threats have never been over seven days late with a payment. If you have a family and other bills. They take priority over all. The car is a piece of crap and paying 224 every two weeks for a 2010 the head lights don't work thr remote start don't work. But they want you to continue to make payments on this piece of crap

Well we got a car from JD byrider a year ago and it's been in the shop in the cedar rapids Iowa where we got the car it's using antifreeze and they cannot find out what is wrong with it it's been in the shop more times than we drove it I have told them that the number three cylinder is putting antifreeze in a spark plug it runs rough every now and then does not want to start and they said they have top notch mechanics that can't figure this out they try to put a Band-Aid on everything just to push you through so they don't have to fix the warranty or replace the motor I am very unsatisfied with them if I knew now what I know then about this company I would have bought a horse and buggy and still had a better transportation I recommend anybody not to go through them because they banded things up and send you on their way I have all the paperwork for everything the head gasket is under warranty I have told him what is wrong with it and they say don't question my mechanics they are certified I don't even take this car out of town because I don't want to leave it stranded or me stranded alongside the road or pay a lot of money to have it towed back to cedar rapids Iowa so anybody that is out there looking for a car I suggest you not go to JB byrider because they will not stick to their word even though you tell them is what is wrong with it and they still cannot find the problem

This place dnt try and work with you, they have things on the websites that you have options to do but when you call and ask they dnt do that anymore. Really needed a vehicle, they sold me a car I liked, it handled great on the test drive. They made me watch some drawn out terrible cgi video afterwards, told me it was just procedure, that I didn't really have to pay it much mind. Shortly afterwards check engine light comes on, I take it back, and what do you know mechanic tells me the cat is going out. That's almost 3k on top of the 18k for a car only worth 8k max. I was in a bind when I made the purchase. I decided to do some research apparently the car was in two accidents, rebuilt, had multiple owners, none of that was even mentioned when I'd asked about the history. Just, "it's a clean, reliable vehicle" long story short these people working here, they are going to have some serious karma to work off.

They don't tell u all the details about the full coverage u need so now I'm paying full coverage insurance plus an insurance through them. They use to be good when Michael was still the manager. But they suck since he left!

Engine light came one as soon as I drove it home it has been nothing but a hassle and they tell me they can’t do anything but I have to pay to fix the crap it’s a pos they shouldn’t be able to sell cars! It has been nothing but one thing after another breaking costing me a money pit! This is bull crap. I’ve had it less than a year and replaced so much crap for it to still need work and still not work correctly! I have a baby coming I shouldn’t have to worry about fixing a piece of crap time and time again! I will never buy from here I want out of the contract but don’t know how!

I would review with a zero if it were possible. I've got a 2011 Jeep Liberty which I purchased December 30th, 2021. It ran good for maybe eight months (I'm guestimating). Then it started giving me problems. First off, the gas cap indicator kept coming on whenever I started it. The service department stated just replacing the gas cap would fix the problem. Replaced it twice...nothing changed. The sun roof leaked, and once again the service department stated that the drain holes for the sunroof were clogged and they had cleaned them out so no more problem...WRONG !!!!
Sunroof still leaks, and I've even told the service department I have seen where it is leaking, but they will not listen to me, because I don't know what I'm talking about. Next the clock spring went bad. Now this piece controls the airbag system in the vehicle, and when I took it in to have it looked at, I was informed by the service department that it was not covered under the warranty, and would cost me around $800 to have fixed... SERIOUSLY!!! And now the vehicle is sitting at a garage and has not been driven since November 2022 because it is misfiring, and may have to have the engine redone. AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE VEHICLE A YEAR BEFORE THE PROBLEMS STARTED. And here I am with nothing to drive, but yet I'm making payments on something I don't have. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

Being I'm on disability can't take my only income ha ha #2 my bank has my back so if I have more than 2,000 in there you get 100.00 I'm covered up to 2,000. So good luck to you there closed out
2 months after I paid my car off
2 months after I paid my car off, the transmission went out. No car still after 3 years of paying high interest rate, never late. Very disappointing.
