Scam- avoid at all cost
I have joined Jdate in October 22, I paid 3 months membership but Jdate took the money and never acknowledged me.
I could not access anything members access usually (emails) so I reached out to costumer service.
I might have sent 10 emails without any reply to this day!
I paid a membership which never became active. It is very strange
It seems like they have no one anymore to reply to costumers.
Do not waste your money but I will for sure not let it go and take it with the ombudsman.

Don't waste your time joining JDate
Don't waste your time joining JDate. Complete waste of time and money. They NEVER (& I mean never) offer you new date options. One you receive your initial e-mail with JDate's choices for you it NEVER gets updated. I joined JDate in Oct 2020. The same group of 20 men that JDATE sent me are still the only men on my profile. It is now Feb 26th 5 months late & JDATE has NEVER sent me new potential dates to look at. When I log into JDate to attempt to search myself, there is no option to search yourself. Waste of time, Waste of money. Complete Sham of a website.
