Con artists

Bought a cabin for over £7000 from this shambles of an outfit to find that the flooring we paid extra for had just been put over the top of the existing and the spongy floor by the door hadn’t been repaired as agreed and paid for. The joints on the floor are appalling and barely joined for most part. The partition that I paid extra for was thrown together and not joined to the walls properly and the door didn’t fit so much so it wouldn’t open at all as was cut the wrong size. The roof leaked when we first had rain and we was massively over charged for haulage even tho was told they don’t charge any extra mark up, yet turns out you put 50% mark up on top of the haulage firms price to deliver it.

Will never deal with this company again and have advised numerous other companies to do the same and will continue to do so.

We purchased a used office from Paul, I can say Pauls customer service was second to non, very accommodating and knowledgeable. The unit we purchased was in such great condition, we were able to view and alter the layout of the office Paul was able to hold the office until we were ready to site it (cornwall) Delivery was arranged and siting by the team was floorless. A friend recommended JCPSA to me after I spoke to him about wanting to use a container for some extra office space. I went down to their place just down the road from Goodwood to discuss what I wanted. As ever I was looking for Gucci quality without paying Gucci money. What I saw when I visited the site convinced me that I had come to the place. Rarely have I come across such a hive of activity. There were lots of very fancy office units around, but there were also lots of ordinary looking containers clearly in the process of being converted.

I was shown a number of containers, but started to have reservations about whether they were actually going to be large enough for my purposes. And so they showed me some container-looking, construction-site offices. They were somewhat wider and so more appropriate.

Getting it made to my specification was a conversation that lasted no more the five minutes. Two separate offices. Two doors on one side. Marine ply lining of the walls. Double sockets every two metres on all the walls. Roof lighting panels. And one aircon unit feeding the two rooms. Before I left the place, we agreed on the more-than-reasonable price.

When I got back to the office, I realised there was a flaw in my plan. I had originally wanted a container as this, I felt, would blend in better on the estate where my business is situated, and so would attract less attention. I phoned JCPSA with a view to going back to a regular container.

Their response was as ingenious as it was instant. They would simply weld on a set of container doors to my unit such that only the closest of observer would spot the difference. By the time I paid the deposit, work had already begun. These guys don’t hang around. I went back a few weeks later to catch up on progress. There had been a misunderstanding; nobody’s fault, just a misunderstanding. One of the doors was on the wrong side. It was not an issue. They would put it right. They cut a doorway into the other side, and covered up the original doorway such that nobody would know that there had been one on that side in the first place.

Shortly thereafter, they delivered the unit, ensuring that it was levelled up before they departed. I cannot praise this company more highly. One doesn’t come across many companies like JCPSA these days. They are no nonsense. They work hard and work quickly. I am more than happy with the end result. It exceeded my expectations, and cost somewhat less than I feared it might.

My impression is that these guys will do whatever you need doing. And they will do it without any drama.

From the minute I got in contact with JCPSA I knew I had the right firm. Nathan and the team were extremely professional. We were welcomed to site to look around all of the units and all of our email communications were responded to very quickly. The purchase and delivery of the two units we chose went very smoothly and the haulage company were excellent. Our units had to be craned into place over a flint wall and the operator was very experienced and located them exactly where we needed them. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and will be using them again in the future. Thanks OPD

We worked with Paul from JCPSA designing and ordering our new office block and he was spot on from start to finish, great communication, quick turn around and the end product we are very very pleased with. Highly recommend these guys and would definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought a new Marketing Suite Office and toilet block from JCPSA.. This was a very easy process on the ordering side of things and the when I went to the site to have a look around I was made very welcome and got a full tour around the site.
I now have these items Delivered to Bailey Bridge Marina and I can't tell you how happy I am with these products. They look amazing and fitted out with very high standard equipment..
I would definitely recommend JCPSA to anyone as you will be very well looked after and the products are built to a high standard.

We have just taken delivery of our 40ft container conversion from JCPSA which provides us with three offices. The standard of fit out has exceeded our expectations and is very good value for money. We would have no hesitation in using this company again.
