How refreshing it is to find a company who are professional, knowledgeable, polite, on time & trustworthy. J Cordner heating & plumbing are all the above & more. My father had problems with an old boiler and decided it would be best to upgrade and have a new one installed, a quote was given for the whole cost and the work completed all within 72hours! Thank you again John and Archie, my father & I were very impressed with your work and will definitely continue to use your company for the yearly maintenance of both our boilers, highly recommend

Great service, really friendly, slight teething problem with one of our radiators but all sorted within half an hour of calling. Very clean & tidy. Highly recommend.

We had our boiler replaced and the service was very good, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

How lucky to have chosen John and his team to fit a brand new boiler and radiators.They were extremely professional and polite. Then I asked them to take all the radiators off so we could have the house decorated, nothing was too much trouble. They left the house immaculate returning to re fit the radiators again leaving the house immaculate. When I also pointed out I had some leaking taps they fixed them.

I bought a home in Eastbourne a couple of weeks ago that had been neglected for some years and I needed to have the boiler worked on and serviced because it hadn't been looked at since 2015 John Cordner himself came out the following day and worked on the boiler and his long time professional heating engineer came out to the property first thing on the following Monday morning to carry out the necessary work on the central heating system. Everything was done very professionally, efficiently and without any mess, all at value for money prices. Furthermore, everyone that I have dealt with at the company has been really helpful and very polite. I do feel lucky to have found them as my heating engineers.

Reliable, friendly and informative gas service done today by Dan. Brilliant! Was anxious as what to expect as our previous experience for gas services were not great.
We will definitley be using this company on a permanent basis.

This company are the mutts nuts, we moved into our new home and the boiler didn’t last 24 hours, it was freezing cold and the weather was shocking, I’m going thorough some serious treatment which didn’t help being cold. I rang them to come out to quote for a new boiler they turned up and gave a great quote on a Monday and by Thursday they had fitted a brand new boiler and did the system clean too, they did a outstanding service they were at it all day, the house is lovely and warm and hot water is now flowing.

A small job fitting a few radiator valves.
Dan the fitter was excellent and fitted the valves quickly and completely to our satisfaction. He put down dust sheets everywhere and left the house just as he found it. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants an excellent job at good prices. Will use again.

Dan did our annual boiler service which John installed 10 years ago and is still working fine and Jacky reminds us each year and arranges the service. Great people to do business with.

Our boiler and hot water cylinder were replaced by John and Dan, as an upgrade.
Service was prompt, waiting time for the work was minimal and the job was undertaken very professionally giving us great confidence in our decision to use them for the work.
In comparison, their pricing was competitive for a quality service, well done and thanks.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
As soon as the boiler is installed, you will receive no customer assistance, as evident in the photo provided. I was left freezing during the middle of the winter with my kids, as the result of a boiler which was supposed to have a ten year guarantee breaking down after just one year. They did not help me at all with this, claiming they had a full schedule. After we had it fixed with the help of another company, we discovered that the cause of the problem was due to a poor installation of the boiler.

Do not be fooled by other reviews on here.

Needed a new boiler and i had a few quotes. J cordner came back with a really gud price. Within a couple of days of the quote my boiler had been fitted. I would definetly reccomend them, very fast and professional.
