Very good service and assistance with orders and returns.

Have made several orders in the past few months and all parts received in timely fashion. Only glitch is when shipping heavy and light items, would recommend more/better packing material to protect all items. Have had to return a couple of items and JBugs has been very helpful. I like the fact that checking items, you can tell if item is in stock, on back order or has an unknown delivery/ship date.

I ordered a interior kit for a a 77 beetle sunroof 0ver 3months ago and still don’t have the headliner now I have called for over a week and can’t get anyone but you sure didn’t hesitate to get my money
