Excellent couple of guys & stairs to negotiate
Excellent couple of guys. We are a first floor flat and no lift, so 12 or so stairs to negotiate. Quite heavy items but guys did it without complaint! Can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! They were amazing at keeping me informed, sending emails and updating me on every single step they were taking. I always knew exactly what was happening with my order. On the day of delivery, they arrived right on time as planned. A huge thank you and did such a great job. Very happy customer! I purchased the coffee tables and they are absolutely stunning! They look so luxurious and high quality, I am so impressed with them. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the whole experience

The beautiful dining table I had…
The beautiful dining table I had ordered came assembled with the table top extended which was 2.20m long. It was very difficult to get it through the staircase & it wouldn't even fit in a lift! This wasn't a great experience because the table top should have been delivered un-extended which would've been 1.60m. Furthermore, I had to beg the delivery people to bring it up to my floor as they wanted to leave it on the Groundfloor which would've made it impossible for me to take up!
The table itself is beautiful & just as I expected but the whole experience of the delivery not so great.

Your point about delivering the table in its more compact, unextended form is completely valid, and we will be reviewing this with our logistics and delivery teams to prevent similar issues in the future.
We are also very sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused when the delivery team initially intended to leave the item on the ground floor. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be addressing this internally to ensure our teams provide the appropriate assistance during deliveries.
