Worst app. Randomly stops or deducts from transactions. Very poor customer support. Won't recommended for anyone

Pathetic user experience. The app doesn’t show transaction details right away—it says to wait 2 hours just to see a statement. Who has time for that? Totally unacceptable for a basic feature.

To make things worse, I called customer support and it was a joke. The phone menu plays in 3–4 languages without even asking your preference first—why not just ask for a language at the start and save everyone's time?

When I finally got through to a person, they told me they couldn’t help because my number appeared with "00" in it. Seriously? That was their excuse. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The whole experience feels like a waste of time. Avoid this service if you can.

I used JazzCash to subscribe to a package, but instead of getting the package, they sent me mobile load. When I contacted customer service, they refused to reverse the transaction. Even worse, the representative didn’t register my complaint properly and kept trying to convince me that this is “normal” — telling me I should manually dial a code to subscribe after getting the load.

This is completely misleading. If I choose to subscribe to a package, I expect to get the package, not balance loaded onto my SIM. JazzCash is misleading customers and pushing the responsibility onto them after providing the wrong service.

This behavior feels like a scam, and it’s deeply disappointing. Customers deserve transparency and proper support — not excuses and blame-shifting.

JazzCash is misleading users by displaying Visa and MasterCard logos, suggesting international use, but the card is restricted. I paid for this service expecting full access, yet I can't use it internationally. This is false advertising and feels like a scam. If international transactions aren’t allowed, don’t show those logos. It’s unfair and dishonest to mislead innocent users in this way.

Jazz cash send scam emails about Netflix accounts this company needs closing down

"Maine Jazcsh Company se bahut hi buri experience ki. Unhone mere issues ko ignore kiya aur koi samadhan nahin diya. Main unki service se bahut hi naraz hoon."

I just want to say that i'm one of your user so the thing is that you know that eid is coming so can you put a you knoe a tofa just like easypaisa having tofa to send Eidi in different ways to your love ones can you also do something like that.

I have repeatedly contacted JazzCash's helpline regarding a fraud of PKR 50,000, but the response has been disappointing. Despite numerous calls, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. It's concerning to see such a lack of trust in their fraud department. I urge JazzCash and its CEO, Aamir Ibrahim, to take immediate action.

The customer support if full of ignorant fools & idiots the overall experience is nothing short of hitting your head against a the wall.

Jazzcash is scam company now,. Scammers. They closed my jazzcash account. It's been 1 month I am sending them emails, calling on helpline but they are not reopening account and they don't, have physical branch. Don,t deposit money in jazz cash, they will steal your money and block your account

Don't Use , Worst Experience, Got A Call which i didn't understand, I told The Opreator i didn't understand what he was saying, he cut the call , then i check my balance next day and it's 1,400 less , i call helpline and they tell me it's insurance that i didn't enable myself, Now They've Told me Wait 7 days to get my money back .. Good way of Scamming Non Technical Users

Jazz cash withdrawas money frim the account by calling in the name of insurance which is totally wrong . My experience was very bad

Pathetic App ever. Easypaisa is much better than this 3rd class application.
My jazz cash limit is exceeded since month but their sluggish staff is still unable to fix it.

but not the recent one you just made

This is just a terrible service with amature employees, amature engineering processes, and horrible customer service. I am a CEO of a startup from United States, launching in Pakistan. We need to integrate a local payment gateway to allow transactions between consumers and businsses. We got in touch with Adnan Sarwar who is a regional manager B2B and corporate partnerships representative. This guy was communicating with us via whatapp (UNPROFESSIONAL). Furthermore, he was just giving us a run around. He did not know what he was doing, and supposedly got hired to work with B2B partnerships. I'd fire him immediately.

Upon our initial chat, we explained them what we are set out to do. We explained them that we need to integrate wallet to process payments between the consumer and the businesses. These fools made zero efforts to understand our requirements and instead suggested some nonsensical solutions.

To that he responded, he will provide us the APIs within 48 hrs. This is what he told us. This was never delivered. Typical Pakistani unprofessionalism and these guys want to progress. Shameful and shameless.

Secondly: Asking us to show six months of payments and revenue when we haven’t even launched, this is beyond idiotic. Common sense would dictate that you integrate a payment processing platform in your system, launch, and start generating revenue. So this requirement is as ridiculous as their unprofessional and mindless staff.

Then we asked him many times to get online and understand our requirements but he didn’t even bother the courtsey of setting up a meeting. This is supposed to be a big company in Pakistan. I'd fire them immediately.

As a startup founder, I'd not consider JazzCash because of their immature staff, unprofessionalism, amature engineering, and they have no clue what they are doing. That is for sure. Any international company looking to integrate a payment gateway, stay away from these fools.
