Nice app and safe

Purchased online bus ticket using Jazz Cash, complained to Jazz Cash. They failed to return my money and ignored email complaint.

This is the shittiest service ever, me pichle 1 mahenay se inhein rooz baqwas kr rha hu k mjy promotion or offers calls mt krein, mene 3 baar inke customer care me complain ki, lekin bht hi koi ghatya service or ghatya agents the, jinho ne serious nai lia, such a third class service. Or mjy rooz rooz calls kr k disturb krte hn.

JazzCash is the Most Corrupted Mobile Wallet in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my wallet account openly and blatantly. Reason for this review is to show whole world the ugly face of Jazzcash. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost almost Rs.5-7 a minute. Specially very tricfully, 1st4–5 minutes , they waste on answering by recorded massage and make you press various numbers, then after few minutes, jazz cash incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative would answer with no help. Now , as Pakistanis and their own customers, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to call notably, it cost nothing for mobile network companies to receve calls. Therefore, please, share this hight alert message as much as you can! Sharing your experience on social media and consumer forums can help raise awareness and force these dishonest mobile companies in Pakistan to treat us as citizens of Pakistan honestly and properly!

Unreliable, fraud

Totally ,unreliable and pathetic service. Paid government fee amount deducted from jazz wallet! 1 week passed still showing pending. Secondly, bought Jazz internet bundle ,never received subscription. On top customer service don't bother to respond! Disappointed!
