This experience has been terrible. I needed help, as the address was incorrect in the order. It pulled a different address from my profile - after getting through the bot on the customer service chat feature, a live person came through, said one sentence, and didn't say another word. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that I purchased from this company. Never again.

At the beginning, I was somewhat upset by the negative response I received. However, after Angel@Jaxxon reached out to explain that it was an AI-generated answer and personally took care of the issue, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Easily the worst experience! I received my wedding ring… let me say that again my WEDDING Ring and it was the wrong size. I called customer support and they took zero responsibility and charged me a return fee. I then requested could I get shipped the ring I actually need … they said “go online and buy it again” the price was $50 difference. I called again and the said we could give you a $25 gift card. Basically I’m losing money on this mistake. Embarrassed to wear a ring from a company who doesn’t care about people. Keep that gift card and shove it!

I ordered a chain with a discount code and they randomly canceled my order asking for a picture of my ID and bank information
And if this issue isn't resolved ASAP I will be filling a formal complaint with the BBB because this practice seems shady

I received a chain that unfortunately broke within a week but with the amazing help from Luna I was able to get a new one sent back, Luna made the process very easy and did her best to keep me satisfied with the process!

My wife gave me 2 chains for Christmas and I’ve been wearing one since Christmas the other I took out today 3/22/26 three months after Christmas and it looks line garbage half gold and half black. No one would expect a new necklace to look like this in it’s original box for three months.
