Javvy protein refreshers have been helping me hit my protein goals they taste amazing and have great ingredients! I love them!

I have been regularly getting my refreshers from Starbucks and I saw an add for Javvy. I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. The flavors are delicious. I can make them at home whenever I want! If you like a cerain pink drink get the Strawberry Lemonade and mix it with the sweet cream protein creamer. You won't regret it. Everytime I try a new flavor I think it's my favorite! Best of all it helps me reach my protein goals on my glp1 and keeps me feeling satisfied for hours.
The customer service is awesome. The ordering process is simple and your order comes quickly!

The refreshers are amazing. I have one almost everyday as an afternoon pick me up. They mix well and taste great.

One of the bags I ordered obviously ripped while it was shipping, and Javvy responded to my email immediately and immediately sent me out a replacement. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

These protein refreshers are absolutely amazing! Most protein shakes are hard to get down after a while, but these are delicious! They‘re truly refreshing and hydrating and I already upped my subscription with an extra bag per month because we ran out so fast.

Javvy is a great company, and the customer service is great too, based on my recent experience. I had placed an order with Javvy, I inadvertently check "subscribe" in error. I didn't realize until I was billed for the next (subscribed) order that I had checked subscribe. I emailed Javvy and requested cancellation of the order/subscription and a refund. In the interim I received the Javvy order. I was surprised to receive an email from Jade/Javvy stating my subscription was cancelled, a full refund would be issued, and I may keep the order I received. This proves how great Javvy is. Most companies would request a return of the product and no or partial refund. I will place a single order in the near future, I choose not to subscribe, due to being on a fixed income. Love Javvy!

I love the refreshers from Javvy.
Not only are they delicious on there own, but I have enjoyed them in cocktails and mocktails. The variety of flavors make for a wonderful selection in mixers.

I love the amazing customer service! They are so kind and helpful! Also the Javvy products are absolutely fantastic! My go to everyday coffee!! The order is so easy to place and the delivery is great!

Every flavor we’ve tried has been wonderful! Customer service is also so helpful and speedy response time! I accidentally ordered the same order twice and they corrected it almost immediately for me. The cookies and cream and salted caramel are my go tos! Tiramisu and chocolate peanut butter are close favorites too! Shipping time is also quick!

I love all the Javvy protein coffee and fruit refresher drink products I’ve tried. When I realized I wasn’t keeping up with the frequency I had signed up for with a subscription, customer service was super helpful and timely in assisting me on making changes and canceling as needed. Found out using PayPal for a subscription makes it so you can’t just skip or push back so a quick cancel made it so I can just reorder when needed! Definitely appreciate their kind and accommodating customer service!

These are absolutely the most wonderful protein drinks available. They are smooth, not gritty, dissolve completely, and have an amazing flavor! I would highly recommend.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. I ordered 1 time and was automatically signed up for the subscription. I cancelled when they charged me "57.00" but took 88.00 from my bank account. They refused to refund it even though the just charged it today... They want me to wait until I get the coffee then return it. Why? It just was charged today now they have the money, and are unwilling to help with a return. This is a SCAM unless you want them to charge you automatically and more than the price listed do not buy from this company. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. They offered no help to me despite my request coming on the same day they made the charge. They will not refund you in or give you your money back if you don't like their product as their consumer website states. Overcharged and unhelpful!

I just want to say I love javvy! I had an issue this month and thanks to Jade it’s all taken care of. Great customer care!

Everything with Javvy coffee was great.. I had a busted bottle and I emailed them sent pictures and without questioning me or hesitated sent me another bottle within couple days. They emailed me cking on my order and replacement bottle being delivered. Then the taste.. OMG i was hooked my 1st cup. So yes I'm ordering more and will keep stocked up so when I'm wanting a GREAT cup coffee I know its at hands reach.

Good luck trying to cancel a subscription.

First of all, I love Javvy coffee protein powder! It’s so delicious. Anyway, my subscription came this month and there was a hole in the bag-a lot of the powder had fallen out and was in the packaging. I emailed their customer service and not only did Jade get right back to me, she was very helpful. The flavor I ordered ended up being sold out so I got to pick a new flavor and Jade was very communicative and it’s already being sent to me. Excellent customer service! They now have a customer for life

This was my first time ordering from Javvy -- though I've been "stalking" them online for a long time. ;-) I finally pulled the plug and ordered their REFRESHERS Protein mixes. They arrived quickly and taste FANTASTIC! Nothing gritty, nothing "manufactured" on the taste. There was an issue with an add-on part of my order, and Customer Service resolved it quickly. Arianne in Customer Service replied quickly and corrected everything perfectly! In this day and age of rather poor customer service, she was simply delightful!!! Do yourself a favor and try this place out if you're looking to up your Protein intake!!! Thanks ever so much, Arianne!!!

Got the wrong flavor coffee in my order. Emailed them right away and they got back to me immediately and said they were going to ship out the right one right away. Great customer service, answered very quickly! Tried the Carmel today, taste was great!
