I’ve been ordering Javvy for a few months now and love it! Recently my order was incomplete. I was missing a bag of Javvy. I immediately emailed the company with a picture of the items I received. They have already sent me the missing Javvy. Customer service was great! Thank you, Bianca!

This is one of the greatest products I have tried in a long time. I have been lacking protein in my diet and when I saw this, I thought it would be a good way for me to get a little extra and have a nice, refreshing drink at the same time. It was so much more than that. I love that I am also getting fiber, electrolytes and all with zero sugar. In a world where we are trying to be a little healthier, this definitely checks all the boxes and the taste is amazing! If you are on the fence about purchasing, I promise you won't regret it! The order process is quick and painless, and the delivery service is about the same as anything else you order these days. Some days it takes longer than others, but always worth the wait!

Well I definitely did not give it five stars for the actual website or portal. As I am never able to change my subscription in the portal and I have been with them since 2023 but nothing ever goes through as far as trying to change the days or flavors so I always have to email customer support. I do wish y'all could make your website better to where I could actually change what I need to change instead of going through the hassle of having to email customer support various times. But I am giving five stars for the lady that helped me get my order correct this time, she was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Ms. Mabby!!

This is the best protein mix I’ve ever tasted! I was warn out over drinking milky, coffee flavored protein drinks when I discovered Javvy’s Clear Protein in SUCH a wide variety of delicious flavors! I think I have 10 different flavors on hand right now and they are PERFECT for daily use on these seriously hot Texas Summer days! Customer service is phenomenal and answers every question timely and in detail so you have ZERO concerns about what you’re ordering. I highly recommend Javvy Clear Protein drink mixes (I mix mine with 8oz of water and 8oz of any zero sugar bubbly soda for a really fun refresher!) for an alternative to chalky, milky, heavy protein drinks any day of the week!

I love the flavor of the coffees and the refreshers! They are a great treat to get me through long days of teaching. I don't need so many free shakers though... maybe free sample flavors instead :) I just tried Blueberry Crumble! Delicious and creamy!

I have been trying to hit my protein goals and have really enjoyed adding Javvy to my lineup of ways to get there! I tried Mango Pineapple, Strawberry Acai, and Strawberry Lemonade. While they're all good, Mango Pineapple has been my favorite! The new flavors they come out with all seem so exciting.

I've not yet tried the protein creamer, but am eyeing that for the future. (I am not a coffee fan, so can only speak to the refreshers!)

I hate to drink water so this drink makes it yummy!!

The product is great ! I did the subscription 7 days ago and they still haven’t sent it ! 7 days no coffee ( they say 3-7 process it’s NOT EVEN PROCESSED. So it’ll take about a month to get my order .. I could have gotten off Amazon for 2$ more ITS NOT WORTH THE SUBSCRIPTION!!! Don’t do it ! You’ll nvr see your product!

Javvy is by far the best protein coffee out there! Every flavor I have tried has been delicious! The company has amazing customer service, fast shipping & great offers on the products. I’m a HUGE Javvy fan for life!!

Minus 1 star for the automatic subscription. I don’t want a subscription when I’m trying out a product for the first time. Minus one star because I ordered two very different flavors that taste exactly the same. I got Dubai chocolate and cinnamon sugar churro they taste and smell exactly the same. Minus one more star for the disgusting chemical after taste. There is a sort of coffee flavor to this and you get protein from it. But that’s about all. Will not order again.

The coffees were flavorful but I didnt like the aftertaste of the sweetener they use. I wrote them to tell them that I didn’t care for the flavor of the sweetener. They immediately refunded my money. A very good company to do that.

I have yet to receive my order and when I inquired, they said it showed unfulfilled and they would investigate and would respond in 24 hours. Ha! And they have my money. So disappointed in their process!

I didn’t sign up to get coffee monthly just one time and they keep taking money out of my account and sending me coffee. I have emailed several times and they say they can’t find my email but yet they send me emails daily. I am going to have to cancel my card because I can not get anyone to help me. Worst experience ever

Ella is wonderful at helping me get my subscription taken care of. She has been very patient and kind the entire time we have been emailing.

I love the Javvy protein coffee. Especially the chocolate peanut butter and the Pumpkin Spice. I tried the Strawberry Acia and Watermelon protein refreshers, but I do not like the taste or texture at all. I reached out to customer service and Ella was very helpful in stopping my subscription and getting a refund for me. This company is the best and easiest to work with. Thank you for handling my problem.

Customer service it great. Product is a bit pricey to me but it's a great product. I canceled my subscription due to cost concerns and I just had too much product on hand. Customer support canceled it for me no questions asked AND canceled my order that was in-flight and refunded my money. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks!!

Spectacular customer service. I didn't care for the taste of one of their new products and they did right by swapping it out with one I did like. Thank you Ella! I love their protein products (creamer and refreshers), taste good and great way to get protein in!
