Potential new customer, just going through a trial period to make absolutely sure that JAM is the right company for us. So far the onboarding process has been absolutely perfect.

Used to be really good and affordable.
Recently taken over and average bill of £285 has risen to £750.
Queried how i was being charged and next bill came through as £590, told them to cancel my account and all of a sudden my bils are back to £280 odd pounds.
Supposedly they had changed how they bill, ie per min rather than second, but they have now swapped me back to the old way.
Wonder how many have noticed this, to me they are cashing in on trusted accounts.
Already put in place to leave them now, no offer of refunds or apologies for massive increase, took them over 3 months to actually look into my issues and address concerns, even after writing out all the bill details, mins used and calls received, so you could easily see 3 times costs for the same bill 6 months past.

Extremely good service from this company. Our customers feedback about the way they are treated by the call handlers is music to my ears. Email and text messages as an alert when a customer calls is very helpful. I was un decided for ages about using a service like this to help my business but its actually made me money rather than cost me as each call is answered promptly and efficiently. I cant rate them highly enough ! I've been using them for over a year trouble free.

Have been using these guys for several years and have mainly received positive feedback from my clients' regarding leaving messages with my secretary. The service is fairly easy to use - although the web interface for answer.co.uk could be laid out better/with quicker access to the users etc, but otherwise, it's better than missing calls or having a robotic answer phone.

I started using Answer.co.uk a few years ago following a recommendation so that as a sole trader I wasn't interrupted all the time by calls to my mobile. The service is excellent and it has cut the number of sales and spam calls dramatically. They answer the phone professionally and courteously and I cannot fault them. Highly recommended. Jam was recommended to me from a tech support company around 12 years ago. We used them when I set up my first business, and the service was impeccable. Even after I could afford to employ full time staff, I still kept the service going for evenings and weekend calls.
Having exited that business and set up another business, it was one of the first things that I did to re-engage Jam. The service delivery continues to be consistently extremely high, the callers have no idea that its an outsourced service and we get the full details of the caller immediately so that we can deal with it accordingly.
I have recommended Jam to others and will continue to do so, as they provide a great service at a great price.
