I ordered a jaki mink dress in a size…

I ordered a jaki mink dress in a size and immediately realized I had requested the wrong size and emailed customer service in minutes requesting they send me the right size or cancel. They ignored my request and sent me another wrong. I am in Canada so this is very inconvenient

Easy and fast to order

Easy and fast to order and even though the dress wasn't in stock, you notified me quickly and delivered before the estimated date. It would be good to be able to have a "click and collect" option for added security and not risk the parcel being stolen whilst away

Love every piece that I have ordered…

Love every piece that I have ordered and received- Great quality, soft and comfortable on the skin, and looks great. I am slowly collecting all colours of the asymmetric knitts line!!! The customer support has been great and promptly resolved an issue I had. Most importantly, in this world of fakes, I can trust Jaki.

I received my merchandise promptly but …yes

I received my merchandise promptly but unfortunately had to return because the matching top was not going to be available in time for the event I need it. You promptly sent a return label and I mailed it back.
The item was beautiful and I will definitely order from you in the future.

Understated elegance

I usually order from the US but this time ordered whilst in the UK. The suit was with me within 49 hours and as usual the fit and quality are exceptional, the cloths are understated elegance

I have ordered several things from Jaki…

I have ordered several things from Jaki London and I’ve enjoyed all my purchases.
While I really liked the color and style of this top and pant, I was not thrilled with the fabrication. I felt it was too flimsy and wrinkled horribly for the price of the garments. This purchase was a “swing and a miss” for me.
Easy return process and great CS!

Our premium satin is chosen for its beautiful drape and luxurious finish. As with most high-quality satin fabrics, some creasing is expected during wear and transit.

We recommend using a handheld steamer or a cool iron on the reverse side to easily smooth out any wrinkles.
