I'm glad that Jack's Flight Club have confirmed to the world how useless they are. Let's run through this:
1) I cancelled on the app in late 2025 - there was NOTHING to say that I had to then follow additional instructions on an email. So I wasn't expecting an email. And I presumed that my app cancellation was enough.
2) The email JFC said they sent re: having to confirm cancellation on email (and which I wasn't expecting) didn't arrive. I have PROVEN that I didn't receive an email.
3) The renewal reminder which JFC said they sent didn't arrive. I have PROVEN that I didn't receive an email.
So, to recap. I thought I had cancelled on the app. NO emails were received to tell me any differently.
I do not understand what they don't understand????
I re-iterate, JFC are an incredibly underhand company. Subscribe to them at your risk.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had.
I cancelled my subscription through the app in December, yet I was still charged again come January. I always received standard JFC emails before the premium subscription, so when these kept coming through, this seemed normal.
When I saw the new charge however I contacted support. They claimed I had been sent an email to complete the cancellation after the app process. I never received such an email. When pushed, they also said I was sent a renewal reminder, I never received such an email.
Let’s be clear: if a customer never receives an email, that is not the customer’s fault. Simply stating “our system shows it was sent” is not proof of delivery, and it certainly isn’t a valid excuse to charge someone or refuse a refund.
I raised this multiple times and even showed evidence when requested, then MORE evidence when further requested that no such email ever arrived. Despite this they repeated the same scripted response and refused to properly investigate or take responsibility. Instead, they shifted the blame entirely onto me saying that their system said it was sent and they can't help what happens to it once it is sent.
Charging customers after cancellation and then hiding behind automated systems and unverified email delivery is unacceptable.
At best, it shows a complete lack of accountability. At worst, it feels like a deliberate, deceptive and underhand way to avoid issuing refunds.
There was no meaningful support, no ownership of the issue, and no attempt to resolve it fairly.
I would strongly warn others to be very cautious. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or treat you reasonably.
For the sake of £30 they've entirely destroyed their legitimacy with me. I will now be approaching my bank for the chargeback I am owed.
Joke of a company.

Getting nothing worth investing on a subscription. Not impressed

I have only gotten one Flight Club newsletter since I enrolled in November of last year and found little of use to me in it. I regret having spent the money for the newsletter.

Fab offers which are updated regularly. The instructions are also clear to follow. Great value for money!

I like the articles, but filters are inadequate to focus on my specific interests. JFC sometimes seems to be peddling things that are not that great.
I want more targetted info/recommendations aiming at my specific interest.

Great experience, I really like the service. I accidentally missed cancelling my free trial until a couple of days after the deadline and the team was very helper and quick to get my issue resolved. I highly recommend JFC

Charged even though my account was cancelled in March 2023. Checked my bank account and have been charged a subscription fee in March 2026 and March 2025 (and presumably 2024 - I've not checked back that far yet) even though I have email confirmation saying account was cancelled.
UPDATE - 27/3/26. JFC came back to me and advised there had been an issue with cancelling my subscription and have refunded me the fee's for the last 4 year's subscriptions.

They sorted a payment issue / refund for me very quickly. No questions asked - 5 star customer service, even when it’s not in their best interests. Thank you!

Subscription has been charged with no contact no warning and auto renewals should be told / mentioned on emails alerts leading up to the auto renewal but I have never ever used your app or service and your reviews here on the subscription tell a clear story that you are quite sneaky and quietly charging people. I want to contest this charge for a subscription that I have never used.

I signed up for JFC last year but didn’t really use it. So when the renewal charge showed up on my credit card, I decided to cancel. I got prompt response with instructions on how to cancel. I was able to get refund without issues. They are very professional.
