Lack of solo traveler deals without extra charges
Never see deals for solo travelers that don’t cost extra for a supplement. You need to add more deals that don’t penalize solo travelers as the trend in the world is more and more solo travelers but we never seem to get any deals.

I recently contacted Jack’s Flight Club to cancel my membership as unfortunately I cannot now travel abroad. The team at Jack’s responded very quickly, especially as it was a bank holiday weekend, and the whole process was completed very efficiently. They run a very smooth operation!

Hey, Suzette. We are so sorry to see of any issue with joining the site. We have checked through your email history and note that you contacted us on February 11th 2026 advising of an issue joining. We assisted you with a password reset and also helped with setting up your airport. You gave us a Great review on the service, so we were shocked to see this review now. We received no further emails from you since February to advise that you were still having an issue.
We reached out to you on April 23rd 2026 to confirm how we could assist further with your membership. Sadly, we have received no reply to date to advise us.

Great Resource - Great Price.
Generally speaking, we all travel to larger cities and high frequency tourist spots. With this in mind, JFC is a one stop shop for finding great deals.
Also, worth noting is that JFC does NOT find deals at Red Roof Inns or 1 or 2 star establishments, Instead they focus on places you would not be embarrassed to take your parets too.

I am trying two things
I am trying two things. One to book a flight to Europe from Ottawa. When I looked for flights there. I didn’t even get the direct flights on Air France showing up that are the cheapest and least time. So what good is that. Next l tried to find cheap flights in Europe. Nothing special there either. Why not use Google Maps? It’s free.

Hey, Mike. The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available.
At that point we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found).
If you're locked into specific times/dates or routes or airlines, in those cases Jack's service might not be for you, so running a general search on Google Flights or Trip.com is good advice and a decent way to get a sense of if you have to take particular dates, what are the best value options.
Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when a bonkers price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox.
We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Navigators and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays.
