I was able to make an exchange that was outside the normal return period due to pants not fitting me. It was allowed, and greatly appreciated.

The pants are very nice. However, if you have a waist that is 36" and your hips are the same, the seat of the pants are baggy. The combination of measurements on the size chart don't allow for the reduced "rear end" size.

I really like the rest of the pants fabric, waist and length fit.

Not a fan of the pants. They didn’t fit well (well sized WxL), they were to much like slacks, the (c)rotch hung lower than I like, and they felt like nylon type fabric. Personally I much prefer lululemon material and fit.

The pair of pants were really great...but The problem is I wanted to purchase 2 more pair in different colors and they are out of my size in both colors. So an A for the product I did get, but pretty low marks for not having product in stock.

The order process went smoothly. Everything came packaged nicely. Pants fit as expected.

The pants are as advertised. The fit was as expected, and the quality of the construction seems to be quite good. It was easy to shop and purchase the pants, as well. The processing and delivery time was the only issue I have with them. Turnaround to shipment seemed to take at least a day, and then the shipping took a couple of days, so for today's market, they were a bit on the slower side.

Easy to order, easy to receive, and these pants can survive several days of wear w/o looking like crumpled mess.

the items do not appear to be what I ordered, I am dissatisfied with the fit. I have gone to your return portal and entered in the order #JA412776 and the reason for my return but seem to have hit a dead end. can you help me with this return.

Pant quality was great. However, the sizing is a bit off. Too much slack in the hips and waist due to the stretch fabric. Wish I would have ordered the slim version. Would have sent back for exchange but threw out the packaging inadvertently.

Great shorts, soft tee shirt

I discovered Jack Archer while looking to upgrade my wardrobe. This latest purchase was for a pair of the tech shorts. First of all the comfort, style, and construction is outstanding. My order was fulfilled very promptly. The company's customer support is excellent.

Honestly, these are some of the best pants that I’ve ever bought. Fit incredibly well and true to size. The material is very comfortable and it seems very well made, built to last.

The company makes a great product for its pants and shorts. I am hard to fit and I am really satisfied that I can buy on line and have the confidence that the fit will be great. The quality is excellent too. I look forward to future purchases.

Sorry but not a fan boy of these pants. The material feels cheap to the touch and the fit in the junk area is pretty much what i expected, if you want to show off your junk. Looks like some thought went into the pockets areas, but too bad not the rest.

I think Theo at a run short on length. My son who is Jack Archer is always a 30 length and these tan very short.
