My order was delayed with no reason given. I reached out and customer service addressed the problem. Not only was it fixed, they upgraded the shipping to overnight so I had my order for an upcoming trip. Extremely helpful and professional. The products are also great quality.

pants arrived in nice sealed bag. Found them to be a bit short for my size. Initiated exchange on website. Took just a few minutes and a new pair was on the way. Even sent me a return shipping label. Alexander handled the whole exchange process. Professional, no hassle. Really like the fit, feel and quality of the Jetsetter. Will definitely order more.

My zipper broke on 6 month old Jack Archer Jet set pants - I reached out to see if they could repair it or help me learn how to - instead they replaced the pants at no charge ! a VERY pleasant surprise ! The pants are great and the service is incredible if you ever need it.

I have worn Jack Archer Jetsetter pants and shorts for more than four years. They are top quality well made clothing. They are very stylish and well fitting. Nothing better on the market! No other shorts out there have such a great look and style. They are also long lasting. Time to buy some more 👍🏻

Excellent customer service and an excellent product. I needed a special exchange request handled through chat, and Maite made the entire process incredibly easy. She handled my somewhat complex exchange quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. Experiences like that really build confidence in a brand.
As for the pants, they exceeded expectations. The 28" inseam option is a huge advantage and something many brands still don’t offer. The Slim Fit is especially well designed for guys who often find slim pants too tight or regular fits too baggy in the thighs. These strike the perfect balance — tailored and flattering through the leg and seat while still being comfortable and not overly tapered at the ankle.
Great fit, great comfort, and great customer support. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I am on my fourth pair of Jet Setter pants. Had an issue with the last pair I purchased, an issue where I was completely at fault. Nice pants but I asked about returning the shirt - guy said yes in the email back and forth - then was not able to "rejected" on the return sight. I'm ok w/ any return policy as long as it's clear and fair. But I won't waste time w/ a company that tells me one thing then website does another. Very frustrating.
