The site still feels flimsy and the quality of the results has degraded lately in my opinion. Finally, if I'm to judge the tool by the results it has provided me (especially given the time invested), I still haven't found a new job and I don't feel like Jack and Jill brought me much closer to the goal.

It's getting there. Great product with a lot of potencial for both sides of the job market.

Very happy for a free service this works wonders and has actually landed me a new job. I am over the moon! Sometimes can be abit buggy on finding jobs near your location only slight negative.

Jack is intuitive but still no interview from suggestions. I like his encouragement, the way he motivates, and how he brings the silver lining to my situation but still no shortlisting from almost 30 job applications.

Jack & Jil is impressive. The conversation is natural, quick, and surprisingly human. What stood out to me most is how well it adapts to your CV and the questions it asks to understand the things you actually enjoy doing. Great: providing opportunities I haven't found elsewhere.
Improvement: Perhaps consider a chart format so we can track which opportunities we've considered a good opportunity to apply to and which ones we've passed on. Sort of an at a glance table would be super helpful for a job seeker. Thanks for all that you do!
