Jabong.com has harassed me for over a month now. Firstly they sent me a used and damaged Steve Madden bag on exchange I got another damaged bad I requested to return the product, but for the pick up I had to repeatedly call the costumer care and register a new complaint everytime (the procedure takes 72 hrs) as they could not locate my address to collect the bag but to delever it they easily came. Finally I returned the bag now my money is stuck with them, i shared my band details twice via email first time they said they didn’t receive the mail I sent it again and have called them not less than 9 times they ask me to wait for another 72hr everytime (so that is 72 multiplied by 9 times) yet they did not respond and haven’t refunded the money yet. Big disappointment!

So I have ordered the Casio wrist watch from jabong.com on 8th of Oct 2018 at first the watch was looking very good on the picture but when it arrived and wore it on my wrist the look was an old school small watch I did not liked it it was 10th of Oct o raised a request for return of the watch and a refund the guy came from ekart to pick the parcel from my home and went back saying I shall get my refund in 10 days ...I have made several attempt to reach customer care about my refund they said it was my bank who has not put the money in my account and I went back to check with my bank they have given me a transaction code stating there was only one transaction made on my card and it was on 8th October 2018 ...it is now 5th of December 2018 there is no sign of my refund and I have been chasing them since then they don't have any answer for me .
I want make a serious disputes about this because I am taking it on my self and I will screw you.

very bad experience after shopping from jabong due to the below mentioned reason.
1. First of all the customer care service is worst if you compare to any other e commerce site in india, they will always put some excuse regarding your problem even though it is very much genuine and problematic, always they will ask for more and more time but at the end of the day you will see and realize they are not doing anything regarding your case and they are just avoiding you. every time you will be assured they some person from customer care will call to solve your problem but believe me you will not get any call from them, i am telling this from my own experiences and also the same experienced faced by my many friends and college, even their chief manager is as bad as other customer care executive i cant understand how they are managing , i can simply call them as Bunch of Cheaters.
2. They will automatically cancel your product even after successful transaction without any reason and even they can cancel your product after few days of order placed.
3. price are higher than any other site you can compare by your own.
4. and lastly dont belive them on any kind of offer such as cashback offer or something as they are not going to give it as they promised, its my personal experince i am chasing and continue follow up for my cash back offer which they are supppose to pay me on september 2018 but still they are not given any kind of cashback and also behaving like a cheater as i said earlier, if anybody is interested i can send all mail corresponding regarding my claim.

Jabong is a thief shopping company. I returned a Pickup on 03 November 2018. I have also sent the receipt of the Pickup to Jabong Customer Care. But till date I have not even got any refund of my baggage. For this, I have been talking at Customer Care several times. But there is no hearing. That’s why I am alerting all of you that you understand this company and buy it.

Jabong customer service is bad whenever I order something they will for sure cancel one item from the order. This has happened with me three times. If the package got lost then send another one.
