In fact I wish there was something below 1. Rubbish people with Ghost teams. No one to ask anything or talk to

They have been holding onto my money and not responding to my messages. Be warned. Their phone numbers are all fake as well. Calls doesn't go through. Still waiting for my payment, I have put through a claim from my bank.

Worse money transfer group ever. Sent money to someone in Ghana on Sunday. Up to date, the person has not receive the money. There is no contact number to call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARN MONEY. IS A SCAM AND SHAMFUL!!!!

Customer service is poor. They take forever to reply you or don’t at all. A transaction I did failed and till now my money hasn’t been refunded. Use them at your own perill

This is a very bad company nobody should use them and if you do be ready to go through every horrible experience..
My money has still not been received,their contact numbers don't go through,they don't reply emails it's just a scam

How's it possible that they got 2.3 ratings?? They may have rated that themselves... it should be a negative rating. I've been always using other platforms to send money so i said why don't I try this platform since the rates are higher. First transfer got held for more than 3hrs They said it was verification issues. ok fine. Money was sent.I said ok .. maybe this was a verification issue or something. I made another transaction days later and it's more than 1 week with no valid reason of why recipient has not received. It's sooo terrible, so frustrating. My advice from this experience: don't be fooled by rates, I'm sure their competency is still in it's bud stage and as such, they should either step up or not play with people's time. Having a license to practice doesn't mean you're competent for service.
Very poor system and service

This is in my opinion is the WORST ever platform to send money

I made a transfer at 11 am on 25JUN2025 to support a relative with medical bills. The money was finally paid out at 10:55 am on 02JUL2025. I chased daily and even put in a complaint. All I kept getting were promises that it would be paid today but nothing happened. I never got a reason for the delays. Absolutely dreadful experience. I certainly would not recommend IZI Send even if they had the best rate. Awful speed of transfer and awful customer service.

I have tried to utilize their services recently therefore I tried to have a verified account, After the ID has been verified, then I thought I would give a try to experience how effient, how fast and how accurate their services are.. Unfortunately I tried to send a payment but It turned out to be so miserable services provided by them.. The compliance department does not work efficiently:of course, they have to comply with regulations and do compliance but they do it through a very weird and improper way that your payment is delayed and your money is replaced on hold.. RISKY, your payments would be delayed through compliance which doesn't operate efficiently. Untrustworthy. Improper inefficient services.. It was so painful process but in the end they delivered the amount less than the amount we had deal on it.. Highly recommend to stay away
