I’ve been using izi send to transfer money to family in Ghana, and the service is usually very fast and reliable.
On one occasion, there was a slight delay due to compliance checks, which was a bit concerning at first.
However, after a quick chat on WhatsApp with Rishna from customer support, everything was resolved smoothly.
Rishna was very helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the process.
Thanks to her assistance, the transaction went through without any further issues, and I was able to continue making transfers without problems.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and especially appreciate the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
