PRODUCT Review: the glasses are very nice. I wear IZIPIZI all the time BUT the pairs you sent me dall off my face. they are WAY TOO LARGE. what is up with that? I need to return.

At IZIPIZI, we work with great care to ensure consistency across all our models. However, like with many eyewear products, there can occasionally be very slight variations in sizing or fit from one production batch to another, even within the same style. These are typically minimal, but depending on facial shape or sensitivity, they may be more noticeable.

Low quality material

I’m so gutted about the glasses I bought. It’s only been 3 months and it already chipped in the lenses area. The material is so so so cheap. I’m so regretted to have spend £50 on it. I have glasses I paid £10 on ASOS and they haven’t chipped as easily. And before you ask, no I am not reckless, I bought the leather case and always keep on it, very careful never dropped it. Very disappointed.

• A photo of the interior of the temple where the serial number is.
• Your order number or proof of purchase.
