Great history with the brand
Great history with the brand, but the latest pair was a bit disappointing
I have been buying these products for years with great satisfaction, as they usually offer a good price-to-quality ratio and excellent performance. Lately, however, I noticed that the blue light blocking model feels heavier and tends to slide down my nose a bit.
Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was disappointing. The screw came loose almost immediately, and I had to get them repaired locally, though without much success. That being said, this is the first time this has happened in many years, so I hope it’s just an isolated incident.

Poor customer service
I really like the product - I have bought more than 5 glasses already. What I found disappointing was your return policy for a pair of glasses I had bought in April and the screw got lost in July. Unfortunately you did not exchange it as I could not provide a receipt from the museum I had bought the glasses of. That I found poor customer service.

The frames and temples of some glasses…
The frames and temples of some glasses start to become sticky after about a year. The soft-touch plastic coating seems to deteriorate over time, leaving the surface tacky and unpleasant to the touch. But I am still satisfied and just ordered 3 more.

Great quality and customer service. My Speed shades have been my favourites since forever. After less than 2 years, their nose grip was torn. I wanted was to buy a new nose grip but as it wasn't an option, support immediately provided me with a code to get a new pair of glasses. Outstanding customer service. I look forward to my new pair.

There was no notion of parcel being…
There was no notion of parcel being sent from outside of country, if there was, I would not make a purchase. Also, given the tracking number, it is unclear from where exactly parcel was shipped. Highly unprofessional.
