I was pleased with the delivery: based on my request they call me 01h00 before arriving.
But the very negative point is that the Nexus rear gear box was loose: all the pieces were not tightened properly. I had to go to a local bike shop to seek for the problem (which was everything inside was loose as I saw it) and they fix it easely... re-work = 20€ not expected...
So at the end not so pleased with the poor quality control.

Nice to see that the bike was delivered at the right time. Ofcourse we are less happy to read that the bike was not delivered fully functioning.

A perfect experience
Everything was just perfect. The website is easy to navigate, very clear shopping steps, email confirmations with information about the order progress, and not least the delivery (near Brussels, Belgium) by Flevobird was perfect. Delivery time frame was 12-16, bike arrived at 12 sharp.
