Thieves... outright cheats. Took money, never sent item, won't answer emails, c'suckers are scammers

Absolute joke of a company. Fraud same as all other people no reply. Site should be shut down.

Stay away this site, it is fraud. Your moneys goes away and no items ever posted. Neither Customer or support service e-mail does not excist!

Ordered wireless telephone, to be delivered in 1-2 weeks - 4 weeks later I received a corded telephone, and the company hasn't responded to any of my emails regarding delivery of the wrong item. STAY AWAY.

No response for my one month ago order, on which I don't even have the tracking number nor the minimum response or willing to assist or at least
give my money back!

It's a scam!!! Everything about it.

This company is a total farce!
They took my order, and then charged extra for a foreign banking charge fee.
Never mentioned it obviously.
Then they shipped the wrong item. They knew they did. They put a sticker over the words that stated the item shipped was the wrong item!
Now I can't get my $$ back.
Have to go to the bank and file a claim.
Steer clear of these guys!!

Checked a bit before ordering, they claim to have a .no domain but they are not.
The company is registred in Hong Kong and use fake web domains to trick customers to belive its safe.

Took my money but I never received item. Tried so many times to get in contact and I just get our office is closed replies. Definitely not in uk as it stated. It's in China and they don't respond or send you your goods. Don't go near them!

IT WAS THE PRICE AS I MENTIONED THE BAIT.SO I PAID 23.99 THEN SEND THE ITEM BACK TO CHINA FOR ANOTHER £9.00.AFTER ALL THE HASSLE TO THE POST OFFICE FEW WEEKS LATER ITEM COME BACK CUS NO SUCH ADDRESS WERE FOUND.ANOTHER WAY BOGUS ADDRESS. No " order received" mail when order placed.
Several mails where thay said that it was not in stock, but will soon be in.
4 weeks later I got a delivery.
No "order is on its way" mail when they sent it.
Wrong product arrived! Not the product I ordered!
No help when complaining!

On 29 September I paid for a golf binocular. After 4 week I received a piece of clothes for a child.

I have now asked for a refund (or a binocular) but all I receive is that the support team has received my mail. Nothing happens.

Well. Firstly they advertise as a Co. UK company so you think UK.....no. Later found out Chinese.
Anyway product arrived. No what I ordered as in the camera was not night vision but it was a camera. However the night vision was the importance.
No invoice was received.
I have now sent over 50 email to them asking for a receipt and in the beginning they agree to a small compensation refund. To date neither has come.
Disgraceful. And dishonesty. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .

These people sell fake inferior products and they admit it. I recently bought what was advertised as 'Philips' make but they admit they are fake.

I ordered the item on January 1st. It is now January 29th and it has not arrived. I sent an email and they gave me a tracking number, which only shows that it arrived in the United State, but there is no further tracking information.

I bought an item from them and is yet to be delivered after one month
and when asked they say they will refund my money and i should provide
more personal details.
I advise anyone who want to buy something from this website to think twice.
This are fraudsters and have reported to the authorities.

The product arrived 3 weeks after purchase with little communication.
The product arrived scratched and did not last through the first day. One watch already broke and the communication range is mere feet. Very disappointed with the product and not happy that I have to deal with my sad kids. Poor quality.
