Who does your proof reading?
On your mobile app homepage it says
"No account fee and just £5 online trading commission. Less fees, more investing."
Major grammar error there. Doesn't reflect well on such a large organisation
Update, I have just recieved a reply which mentions the rigorous approval process all content on the website goes through...and yet the grammar error remains. I would be happy to communicate directly with your 'copy' team if any help is needed.

One of the best.
I've been with iWeb for many years and have always experienced faultless service. The online chat helpdesk, although only available during office hours, is always prompt and efficient. The charge structure is very competitive and the only negative is that they don't pay interest on cash held in account.

Tradeplan options have become limited…
Tradeplan options have become limited with stop loss no longer available. Not sure if this is due to a change in law or regulations but ill be looking elsewhere to see if theres a better service

Like the web site. It's nice and fast. 10 minutes is too short to do research, answer the phone and then input a trade. 30 minutes would be more reasonable.

Let down by no facility to download transaction data
The service works adequately but unlike other platforms it has now facility to download account trading data so it can be analysed in more detail. They do at least have a contact phone number.

An anachronism?
Despite feedback to my last criticism of iWEB, the repayment of funds remains too slow - still taking days. My alternate accounts, IG Index & Trading 212, offer fast payments out - usually same day if not immediate - no commission on trading (iWEB £5 per trade!) AND excellent interest rates on cash balances held in accounts (circa 4.5% currently). iWEB is starting to feel more and more like an expensive anachronism.

There has been some delay to my ISA transfer, but I've had very prompt and helpful customer service to deal with it, which is ultimately far more important for me. My experience with iWeb so far has been a positive one.
