Worst company!

Worst company!! Not only did I NOT lose ANY weight. I actually GAINED 15 lbs??? I don’t think whatever medication is in the vials provided is legit. It doesn’t look like what comes from other companies which concerned me from the start but I tried it. So now I’m not only fatter, I’m out $800 and wasted 3 months that I could have been losing weight. I never had any loss of appetite and in fact my appetite increased??? I’m devastated and extremely upset and this company needs to be stopped and possibly sued. I’m looking into malpractice and filing with the Better Business Bureau. I at least am entitled to a refund from this fraudulent company for the money paid to them. Not even compensated yet for my wasted time

Account dashboard dose adjustment issue

My prescription called for an increase in dosage for the next 4 weeks. I wanted to keep my current dosage for another month. I reached out to Jan in customer support and to the doctor. I was told I could adjust the dosage myself on my account's dashboard. I tried doing so several times to no avail. My account would not update and kept stating the next shipment would be 10 mg instead of 7.5 mg. The website is not very user friendly. So, I reached out to Jan again and kept being told to adjust the dosage on the dashboard although I told her I had already tried and was getting frustrated. Jan then took it upon herself to escalate the issue to their internal department and delay shipment of the next dose to make sure the dosage adjustment is made. I also received an email with a discount promo code that I had to bring to Jan's attention to get the discount. It is not applied automatically. So be sure to keep track of those promo code emails! Jan did the best she could and hopefully the adjustment will be made and I'll receive the requested dose. Just know that if you need help, pose your questions in advance because it may take a day or two before you receive a reply. The good news is concerns posed to the Doctor are addressed quickly!
