Initially very promising but I think now the company has let go of the service. Still deducts your money but does not adhere to the order. Has become a scam sadly

Nope as they deducted too much from my account with them. And I never received anything from them, previously they said that they are closing down n I received an email regarding they r closing down n will refund my money as there is no stock of one item.. the next thing I received an emailed email saying they will refund my money n then I emailed them back that they overcharged me n will refund me back within 7-14days I never received anything. Until now I never heard from them

Trust issue. The company auto charges me despite announcement that it is not operational and previous orders are not fulfilled.

You guys sent an email saying that you have stopped operations in December 2023 but in Jan 2024 I was still being charged for the subscription and still nothing has arrived.

Ordered in November 2023. Haven’t received item. December I was auto charged for recurring subscription and I haven’t had one. Refunded cause I wasn’t given the product. My November order, which hasn’t been refunded, hasn’t been fulfilled till this day, 10th Jan 2024. subscribe at your own risk.

misleading prices. i thought its 2 x atomizers is $30.95 but apparently its for each atomizer so the total cost is $61.90

such information wasn't informed explicitly and have been charged with $61.90 for a few months now

Reupload since IVRE got enough time to report my post for their founder's instagram but not enough time to deal with sending out all orders??? Founders name have been replaced, if you want their IGs and their names check the tele group.

I stupidly bought from them during their closing sale since I had an amazing experience with them in March 2023. Not sure what happened but one of my friends who I recommended their closing sale to noticed the insanely bad reviews and that got me worried.

Contacted them through instagram, whatsapp, email and calling their official business number and there was NO REPLY. You can call their number with whatsapp and it will just go to voicemail but call them with ur phone app and it results in the number being TERMINATED. I repeat their official business number is terminated and gone.

From what I noticed things started to go downhill around the time they got seed funding from a venture capital firm called seed ventures. (I wanted to put the links here but trustpilot does not allow links)

I was pretty much sure I got scammed at this point so I headed over to their registered business address at Sin Ming Lane and they do not operator out of that address, they share a warehouse office with other companies and there was a lady there from another company that notified me to call their number since they don't operate there. How to call when their official number is terminated???

What makes it worse is their co-founder "ELX" was literally on holiday in Bali attending a music festival on her Instagram around 15 Dec. Absolutely insane, I will leave both EYX's instagram as well as their other co-founder the guy known as CK below this paragraph. Additionally please note that CK is not his real name, his real name is Darren Kwok and he has been caught for scamming an insurance agent and stealing from his grandfather before.

As if that was not enough, in October they even had a yacht party???? With local sg influencers like Rihdwan attending and promoting it you can find it on their instagram. It is insane how they can just literally STEAL from people in broad daylight.

I have initiated a merchant dispute with my local bank OCBC, and if I don't get my money back I will ultimately go to the police and am willing to take them to small claims tribunal to get my money back.

I have also found the linked ins of the 2 co-founders as well as 2 of their staff. I have created a telegram group and will leave the link below so please join and share any information that you have about them or just to discuss what to do.

UPDATE:
I have gotten 1 of my orders cancelled and refunded but my 2nd order has yet to be refunded. I am awaiting bank update regarding the merchant dispute, IVRE has released an email announcing that all remaining orders have been passed onto their delivery carrier but has already been FIVE working days so feel like they are lying again. Will continue to update.

Update 2:
It has been 2 weeks since IVRE have said that they have passed ALL uncancelled orders to their delivery partner. NO item has been received yet not only by me but by all 40+ people in the tele group, all contacts are still unavailable with NOBODY replying. Their number which they said in the previous announcement is also STILL terminated. Insane how they can just lie to the media like this.

The idea is very good and the scents are awesome but the way the subscription is wrongly processed each time is frustrating

I want to cancel… but no one is getting back to me.

I bought multiple items through the closing down sales which offered 100$ for each of the items. I haven't received anything till now and they don't even reply to my emails. Gonna have to file for scam report to the police

Randomly charge for things I never order. Subscription Fragrance not delivered. Customer service non-existance

No replies to emails.
Cancel subscription as and when.
Disappointing.

I did not purchase the item. I have requested for cancellation of the subscription more than a month ago. In addition, the charged amount ($104.80) is also not the amount of my subscription ($44.95). Pretty sure the claim of system glitches is a scam.

I am unsatisfied with the service and products provided by I'VRE. After reading the reviews here and on Google, I have since cancelled my card and made a police report.

Even though I brought up the possibility of being overcharged earlier in November (they even told me it was because of a system error that has since been fixed), I was still overcharged.

I have the 'Double Trouble' subscription, so normally they just charge me for the subscription, but this time they also charged me for two perfume selections. As of December 14, 2023, I still have not received my refund.

As of December 8, I have received the order for October. However, the atomizers do not look the same as advertised. There were no labels on the atomizers as well.

I strongly advise you not to support this dishonest company.

I had email and call them but no reply i also go to there office in sin ming but they already move out.they just charge me 11x in my bank and say staff/system error and will refund in 7days until now almost 2weeks already never heard from them. What should i do?

Unresponsive after asked multiple times about when i will receive my order, completely ghosted once bring up money and order, apparently i'm not the only one. ghost once acquired, no accountability towards customers.

I have literally contacted every single email and contact they have and there’s no reply at all. 2 of my orders are hanging in the balance and honestly, I’m not sure if I am going to get my order or a refund for no delivery. I was so happy with their service before but it saddens me that it has gotten this terrible. Extremely disappointed.

Tried to contact them regarding about my cancellation of subscription on various available platforms ( including instagram ) and no one REPLIED. What's worst is that i tried to manually do it but the subscription button doesn't exist on my account so what else can i do ?? Plus they aren't replying to my messages. Hais im not sure what else to do lol
