To be honest this company is a fair company to work for and I carnt fault how it’s run by the manager. The only problem you can have is a very small group of support workers I have worked for gossip about me and lied about me accusing me of something I did not do. One person had bipolar and took photos of every thing he did and sent them to management to make him self look good and in the meantime pulled me down to make him look good. The other person accused me of sleeping half an hour before shift change by a supervisor and in her statement she said I appears sleeping. That is very much appearing to I am catching. I don’t let these two idiots put me of working there.

& so the attendance of police & ambulance starts again with one or the other turning up 4 days on the trot. Complete waste of overstretched emergency resources cause staff don’t seem to be able to cope or manage two female residents. YouOnly ever see one male member of staff arrive for overnight . If it is the case, so much for safeguarding with one male looking after two females

An absolute disgrace of a company . One address in CM22 area which is a 5 bed house with one person residing & 1 or if lucky 2 support workers on shifts who don't live in under a supported living set up . One resident lasted at most 2 weeks before back in hospital self harming & not seen since . 1st resident a teenager was over medicated. Next residents had caused neighbours so much grief with drug & alcohol & suicidal issues, ASB with support staff doing nothing. Police & ambulance are frequent visitors because of her & as for the manager, well she’s about as much use as as a used mouldy old teabag, refuses to engage with neighbours & won’t show her face at address . Council couldn’t give too hoots either as they funding a 5 bed house for 1 person . Company also refuse to respond to contact requests. Cats & dogs get better looked after .

Latest lone occupant a 60yr old female with severe learning issues who can’t be left alone , was in fact left alone (24/1/25). Carer went home after shift as night carer didn’t turn up. Leaving carer failed to report or make contact with company. Virtually no food in fridge , heating on full blast , no hot water & told not to flush toilets as an issue. No phone if accupant needed to make emergency services call. Resident came knocking on neighbours saying she was scared. 2 neighbours unqualified to look after her sat with her into early hours, making calls to Ivolve to get carer cover to attend.

There’s often only one carer ( occasionally lone male looking after female residents. Since a 2nd resident moved in it’s been ambulance & or police at the address on a daily basis for last 5 days . Essex Council are finding this 5 bed house . Complete waste of tax payers money, not fit for purpose & I wouldn’t put any family member in there unless you really hate them
