Ordered products in October and still have not received my items. They are asking me to contact royal mail!

The delivery takes ages, I send an emails asking about the status, after almost 4 days they didn’t answer me, and they don’t provide any telephone or chat for customer support. It is really unacceptable in this time!

Dishonest company with diabolical communication skills. Clothes are disappointing, very cheap and rough fabrics. Made in China tat that you will have to wait weeks or even months for that's if they even bother to post it in the first place. Avoid!

Ordered on the 27th of September. It is now the 2nd of November. No dress. Diabolical.

Well waited about 4 weeks for my daughters trench coat, opened it to find loose threading, poor stitching and the sizing was way off, looked on eBay found the same coat with exact labelling for £13 cheaper shipped from China 🙈

Website was really easy to navigate, ordered a girls trench coat and head band. Received a lovely email once i ordered from the founder, I thought that was a really thoughtful, personal touch and I wish you well with your lovely business.. I'm sure the stock is as lovely as the pictures. New customer, hope to return. Thank you.

I ordered a dress from the site a month ago, and have not received the dress. I have emailed and commented a number of times, to be met with no response.
No comment or refund, completely unsatisfactory service.

We ordered several dresses and coats which took over 7 weeks to arrive. Once they arrived the 18-24month clothes were hugely too big on a girl who is big for her age. They have clearly measured their clothes wrong and I doubt she will fit in any of it until she's at least 3. Also while trying the clothes on the poor, cheap material has ripped in several places and now needs repairing. The quality and making is awful, expensive and not worth the wait. If I was this company I would stop trading until sorting out the basic requirements of children's clothing as clearly they don't have a clue.

We like the stuffs, very nice design. Only delivery rate is a little too high, for delivery to Italy it was 18 pounds (more than 20 euro), however on most of UK sites it is only 10-12 euro to deliver same address in Italy. Another word that winter collection is a bit late, I have ordered 2 winter jackets not from sale (sale goods are almost all sold), and it will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks...though winter jackets are already needed. I have ordered 1 of them for my daughter and it is not a problem, but the second I would like for Christmas gift for the friend of my daughter. I hope it will be in time :) If not..well I had to make a present a bit later, but I will hope to receive it withing a month :)

Have you shopped on this website, its got some real beautiful baby clothes and toddlers. At first you had to wait 6 weeks, when it first opened, but its a lot quicker now, which is very good. I bought my great grand daughter the most beautiful pink party dress for her first birthday, it was a beautiful shade of pink, and it had a big bow on the back of her dress. Everyone said how nice it was! where did I get it from? how much did it cost??? The ladies on the website are very helpful, just send them a message you quickly get a reply back. You are told when its in the post. The web site is just starting to get the Autumn clothes in, and I can't wait, great grand daughter needs a new dress for Santa coming, and the little one from next door, have asked her to pick something for her small baby, for xmas, I am getting organised. it would be fantastic if I could buy for everyone from the one site. If you have not been on the website then go and have a look, and see what you like??? You have plenty of choice, and its all good stuff.

I really wanted a dress for a wedding we have in 2 weeks they had a lot of dresses that said 4-6 weeks, so I got incontact over FB and the person that has helped me well super they advised me that they would look at there stock and see what dresses they had in that size a 2 days later they contacted seeing they get a delivery tomorrow, later that evening I got a msging seeing I had a few to choice from and I actually got the one I wanted. They sent the link and all done waiting on delivery fantastic services,

Hasn't arrived yet as its out of stock , which shows it's a popular dress, bought it for my granddaughter 's christening in November. Have ordered from Itty Bitty before, ordered a coat for my granddaughter, that was also out of stock and had a 4-6 weeks delivery, did come in the time slot promised.

The clothes are beautiful although I bought a present for a baby shower next month...and the item won't arrive for 6 weeks which is very disssapointing
