Ordered 2nd Feb, they instantly duplicated my order so charged me twice. Managed to get the duplicated order refunded. Went on holiday without the bikinis and when I came home they still hadn’t arrived. Today is the 10th of march im still waiting for my order. The company have had 4 emails from me. But no response, hence why I am posting a bad review!!!!

Daisy was really helpful in regards to a stock item and how a skirt fitted, came back within such a quick response!
Also ordered a necklace yesterday and has been dispatched already very quick service. Will most definitely be purchasing some bikinis from here for my summer holidays :) thanks very much.

I purchased a final sale bikini on the website and unfortunately it came with a little snag. Abbie kindly offered me a full refund which was against their original policy. Thank you! ☺️

AVOID. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a few items and returned a bikini as the condition was awful. Cheap and nasty. I didn’t even try the item on and they refused to refund me as said there was a mark on it. How that’s even possible when I didn’t even try the item on is beyond me. Clearly it’s a cheap tactic as plenty of others have had the same experience. My guess is that their warehouse is filthy and they are marking the clothes when dealing with refunds that or they are just fraudsters. Clever advertising I will give you that as the items are nothing like the photos! I hope just one person who reads this saves themselves from being scammed and ripped off. Disgrace.

I bought the lovely red seashell bikini, unfortunately I need the size down and it is out of stock. However I explained it to Abbie at customer service and she was more than helpful, friendly and efficient. She helped me with a solution and was genuinely happy to help. Fab service and I’ve ordered another 2 bikinis since the quality was so nice!

DO NOT BUY - SCAM SCAM SCAM.

you will see many many reviews here whereby the store “decline the return due to policy”.

This means you do not get your money back and they say the product has been worn or stained when it clearly hasn’t been and you know for a fact it hasn’t been worn.

VERY CHEAP PRODUCTS ALSO.

Terrible, absolutely awful are avoided at all costs sent it back with tags etc. And they said it was damaged!

Bought the Bali set in white, tried this on did not fit, poor quality. Returned straight away and got an email saying item did not meet returns policy. Down £45 now. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Used the size guide on the website and when the item came it was huge. Asked for an exchange as clearly their size guide isn't accurate but wouldn’t give me one!! Wouldn’t order from them again. Bad customer service

Like other people on here, I returned an item that I never even tried on. It was a brown bikini which when I opened it was the same quality as something of shein. They said they wouldn’t refund me because it had been worn. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Abbie went above and beyond for me today. I emailed requesting for early delivery on a product that was launching this evening, her response was so quick and my request was sorted straight away! I now have the yellow solace dress arriving tomorrow, in time for my holiday on Wednesday! Thank you so much Abbie!
