Terrible experience with the Service
Terrible, absolutely terrible, received my item way after it was supposed to be delivered. For about a month I knew nothing about where my item was and it hasn't been handled for a month. I was in touch with the Customer Service, only way was email and the answer was always the same, don't worry, it's because of Covid. Eventually the tracking number gave me some good news and I could see after more than a month my item moving somehow. It says max 25 business days, it's almost been 2 months for me. On the other hand I received the adaptor for the UK plug which is something I would appreciate if the experience hadn't been that bad and exhausting.

I didn't receive my order, I got a random full refund, with no explanation of why or anything, the money just landed in my account. have had no contact from them at all about what happened.
