I ordered from them at the end of December. I ordered 2 items which totaled out to about $50USD. No big deal, the package didn't come until beginning of February which again wasn't an issue being that it was peak COVID and coming from overseas. My issue is that when my package arrived I only got 1/2 of what I ordered. When checking my status it says that the other item is still being fulfilled. You are telling me that since December and it is now April almost May that my item is still not available when in fact it is being sold on the website. I have emailed around a handful of times and have not gotten a response. I have checked their Insta page and people have been leaving comments underneath their posts saying the same thing and how they need to answer their DM's. This company is a scam. I either want the item that I ordered or I want my money back. I hope they are shut down but that's the problem with overseas companies.

It came but it was all cheap crap and not at all what was shown on their website DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered a folding rocking chair on June 25, 2020 from lgirl (not itGirl) for $11.99 and $9.99 shipping. I paid using PayPal. My order number was 25343. It is now March 28, 2021 and I still have never received the chair. I feel that I have been ripped off.

I ordered off of one of their other websites that are under them, normcorestudios, and it took a while to be delivered. I ordered in about May, and got them sometime in July. All of the clothes are good quality, I ordered three pairs of jeans and a choker. they were all true to size and pretty nice and exactly like the picture, however it just took way too long to get here.

I ordered from this shop a month ago,still in China no respond no update no anything. my money has just been wasted... this is just not ok

I ordered a pop up screen tent on May 29 this year for $16.99 plus $9.99 shipping. My order was #14441. I paid through PayPal. I have not received my tent or any word from the company. I feel my money has been stolen. I have been scammed.

Still waiting for delivery. Still waiting for any kind of response. Non-existent customer service. Pretty sure we've been had, or maybe this is what you get because free shipping. It's probably coming by green turtle.

i see on here the camping chairs are turned into 2 cheap watches. Then they want you to send them back with tracking numbers , there mistake i thought so they shoud pay for return postage, but its there scam as i see they do this alot , sell on Facebook then stick it to you . Never buy from igirl.shop. you will wait 3 months to lose your money on something that you don't want and they want you to send it back on you not them. Scammers

This is a scam. You order one item, and they send you another cheap one. Even if you use PayPal, you wont get your money back, as they will ask you to send the wrong item to china by tracking. Which will cost you a lot and you will never get a refund.

Stay away, or you will be scam ( I order a child seat, and I got a cheap unusable air pump)

At first i was very skeptical of this site due to the negative reviews it has, but i actually received my order! The cardigan is a bit small on me but it did arrive fine after a while. They also included a cute cherry choker as an extra which was really sweet. If you can put up with a long wait, then I’d say order here.

Worse experience I've ever had ordering something off the internet. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF IT STILL EXISTS! Ordered Lawrence the Robot , received a super cheap robot clock not worth $5.00 us. Luckily I used PayPal and received a full refund. Buyers BEWARE! I would give -100 stars if possible.

Totally scam!! I ordered camping chair 2 months ago then i got a watch looking 99cent worth. I emailed 13times to request full refund but received same answer to return a watch with my expense to China!!!

Total Scam. Dont order anything from them ! Ordered a folding mosquito net but they sent me a small folding plastic toy thats not even close to a mosquito net. After 3 months of waiting 🤦‍♂️. What a joke. Contacted them and they said the warehouse must have made a boo boo. Wth? ! Then they offered me half a refund which i willingly took! It wasnt even the money. I just wanted what i ordered after making me wait for 3 months! This company is a joke and Not even worth a 1 star rating.

Do not order from this site. Ordered two camping chairs and got two CHEAP watches! They will not pay for return shipping and it cost more than the two watches. Should have looked at reviews prior to ordering. Lost $$'s. Do not order from this company! Sorry!!!!

Ordered four items in May and received three to Europe in July. The long wait is due to COVID. (I have April orders from USA and Germany still sitting in transportation facilities as of today, July 13!) Sweatshirt quality is good. Messages to Facebook messenger, contact@ and info@ went unanswered for the longest time. However, I finally found a June 29 message in my SPAM folder about the out-of-stock item! So their email was a a month delayed but they did put forth an honest effort, and have rectified it with a credit towards a different item. I'm happy!!
