I think I just wasted $90

I think I just wasted $90! I ordered from this company a month ago thinking it was a US veteran owned company. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, apparently from Ireland! Depending on which tracking I use it's either coming from Ireland or China! I'm hoping it will arrive before July and I will not use this company again.
Update: My order just arrived and it's cheap chinese crap. Polyester printed shirts and hats and the print doesn't even line up! I'd put photos on here but I can't. Don't buy from this company!

Refusal to Exchange or Refund

I ordered four shirts, which were shipped from Ireland. They arrived, but they were all too small, so I contacted the company to see about exchanging the shirts, which they refused to do and the most they'd refund me is $16, which doesn't cover the cost of even one shirt. Now I have four shirts that don't fit.
The email confirmation they sent said my total was $81.66, but the charge to my PayPal Credit is $97.99 from Iron Horse Manufacturing and I haven't been credited the $16 they said I would be.

Fake veterans clothing site

The website proclaims to be veterans themselves and have “apparel built with the same values we carried in uniform: honor, resilience, and integrity.”

I was inspired. I bought 3 women’s tops. I followed the site size chart. All three tops did not fit and looked nothing like the website.
I contacted customer service the day they were delivered. I was first told all via email. They were going on a three day holiday and it may take four or five days to get back to me. I waited. I sent more emails back to see how I can get a refund and no one has responded.
