Be wary of this site for ordering!

We, also, placed an order with Itgaps on August 16. As stated in other comments, we have not been able to receive accurate tracking information nor have we heard when/if we will get our order. No responses to repeated email requests have been answered. Our assumption is that it may be on a slooow boat from China! Still hoping to get it.

Did not deliver the item I ordered on August 14th, 2024!
It's not possible to track the status because they do not give you any tracking # or communicate with you about your order!!. Generic email responses promising a reply within 24 hours, which didn’t happen. PayPal has been contacted and review has been initiated. Stay away from this seller

Total waste of time and money

We ordered a playmobil house on August 2 and we emailed them and still no response. This app is a scam. it has been thirteen days and still no package. Don’t waste time shopping there.

never sent battery charger,just excuse Emails

Ordered a battery charger from them on Aug 3,2024
never contacted me about the order number or expected date of shipment. What I got was emails claiming they would soon send me the order # and date of shipment.These guys home address is a rundown 2 bedroom apartment in a Meridian Ms.
The site is a scam don't lose your money to them!

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. "Itgap" listed a Festool product for much less than normal retail. I asked them to contact me via phone call. This is what I got... three days in a row.
"Thanks for reaching out. By this email, we would like to confirm that we received your message; we are happy to help you as soon as possible.
Rest assured that our team will get back to you within the next 24 hours or earlier than that.In the meantime, we'd like to offer some solutions to commonly asked questions:1/ Every order has the Est Delivery Date. The team is working to complete and deliver these orders to you on or before the estimated delivery date."
2/ For tracking a shipment, we recommend following the tracking links from our shipping update emails for the most up-to-date and accurate information. You should be able to find your tracking number in your order confirmation and shipping emails."If you have any other concerns or questions, our team will help you. We'd like you to please keep an eye out for our response soon.Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you have a wonderful day!
