Ordered a red wool henley but instead received a maroon collared sweater. Reached out to customer service about the issue for a refund or exchange for the right item with pictures and order information, but no response. This is a very unreliable site with no support. Stay away.

Same issues as everyone here. The sweater I ordered in XXL, mind you, was extremely small. Maybe it would fit a small child. Upon attempting to return, I got the same emails as everyone else. They will give me a 25% refund so I don't return the item to "protect their carbon footprint." I finally managed to get a 50% refund and am just going to have to accept it or try returning it to China. Total scam company with terrible business practices and really awful merchandise. Stay far away from them.

First, I ordered a Large sweater for $45. I received a Medium. When I contacted them, they CLEARLY did not want to exchange the size. They finally offered a 25% refund to keep item….or $38 gift card toward a repurchase. Before I could respond, they initiated a $10 refund!!!

Do not order from this company. Long delivery times as the product comes from China. Poor quality, not worth the price at all. Also, the sizes are NOT American sizes despite advertising as so. Basic pants and they don’t even fit, awkward dimensions.

Absolute trash scam company. Same story basically as everyone else on this site complaining. Tried to dispute through affirm, but no luck there either. Learned my lesson, will do more research before I buy from any new website ever again.

Absolutely horrible. They sent me the completely wrong item (like, not even close. I ordered an expensive jacket and received a weird, cheap, fuzzy hoodie). When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 20% refund. I refused, and told them to send the correct item and a return label and I would ship back the incorrect item. They said that because of their commitment to the environment, they didn't want the item returned. I still insisted, so they offered 30% refund and said that I could pay to return the wrong item. I said I wouldn't pay to return the incorrect item, and pointed out that it's illegal to require a customer to pay to return an incorrect item. They offered 40% refund. I explained that even if they gave a 40% refund, I would still be paying more for the item that was sent than how much it actually costs on their website, since the jacket I paid for was much more expensive than the item that was sent. They finally offered a 60% refund, which I refused, because then I still would be paying more than what the item that was sent costs, and I didn't even want that item in the first place. Then they completely ghosted me and won't respond anymore. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they credited my account immediately and said this was a known merchant issue, so I'm clearly just one of many people who have had this issue.

TL;DR DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

100% cheap ( CHEAP!!) S Chinese products and will not refund... SO MAD for falling for this products AGAIN!!! Next time I will do my research before buying from China

I would rate them 0 if I could - horrible company products are cheaply made - no tracking service no customer service whatsoever. Run far away from buying anything no matter what the price any favorable reviews are AI created.

Took several weeks for the shirt to arrive. It looks nothing like the photo on the website. It smells odd, has ripped out tags, and does not fit. I paid $56. Total ripoff.

Horrible inferior China crap products only offered a partial refund on wrong size they got wrong. They should be investigated and brought to Justice. Complete POS company that needs to be shut down and sued. Owners should go to prison

I ordered a size Medium coat and got a xxlarge. I requested a return item for the correct size I ordered or my money back. They have failed to do either. This is a Chinese rip off company

Purchased a pair of black sandals on the 23rd, thinking I would get them in time for Halloween. Once I placed the order, it wasn't fulfilled for 5 days. I called to cancel the order twice, left messages, and received no return calls. I received the saddles, and they were nothing like the advertised saddles. They are so sadly made and only glued, no stitching.

Reviewed site's sizing guide prior to purchase, and ordered accordingly. Product arrived and was far smaller than what was indicated on the sizing guide. Further, size and care tags were cut out of the clothing, making it impossible to verify order accuracy.

Attempted to get a refund, and over the course of multiple emails over several days. All attempts were met with "we will give you xx% refund, without return" in the name of reducing carbon emissions. Eventually settled for a 60% refund, and will donate the items to local GoodWill.

Company is a scam, selling altered products with the goal of negotiating how much they can keep when trying to return.

The clothing I received was poorly made and really cheap looking.

I ordered dress shoes from this company. The shoes that I received did not have the appearance has they did in the picture. In addition, they were not in a box. Instead, they were wrapped in plastic and were bent when they arrived. Do not order from this company. The products are substandard.

Ordered shorts. They have incorrect sizes. Wanted to return or exchange. They dont even respond. So I feel like they basically stole from me.

Hello, this is unbelievable. I purchased a winter coat and a leather jacket from you guys, which both was way smaller than they should be so now I’m trying to return it. The email keeps sending a virus so the email does work. The phone number keeps saying leave a message and someone will call back. It’s been a week now and I still haven’t received one phone call 1 email 1 anything they never gave me a return shipment address so this is just so messed up. I am so disappointed.

They were unable to deliver my package in the mail, citing the address was incorrect despite documentation that the address was correct. After several attempts to reach the company and courier, I learned that the order was sent back to the company. I never received my order (a shirt). I did not receive a message back from the company nor did I receive a refund. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The order received looked nothing like the product ordered and was of inferior quality. Horrible refund policy.
