They went above and beyond
They went above and beyond! We live in the USA and tried to place a big order so my bank kept kept flagging it so Italy Bite contacted me and did everything they could until we resolved the matter! Every product we have tried is immaculate! We will definitely be life long patrons!

I was not happy with the courier…
I was not happy with the courier company DHL who contacted both myself & the recipient about DHL on demand offeing a gift for delivery to a collection point. This spoiled the surprise of the delivery to the recipient.

The products are of high quality, living up to my expectations. Furthermore, customer service was quick at replying to my questions. Delivery was slow, but that is clearly not Italybite's fault (but rather Postnord; our modern-day Leviathan). All in all I am very happy and I will place another order soon!
