Absolutely brilliant best thing ever

I researched long and hard on the various hover boards and iSwegway's name kept reappearing. We ordered and it was delivered quickly and my son has already had over 4 hours use on just one battery charge. In my sons words 'the best Xmas present ever'!

Bought 2 of these for boys aged 11 and 14 and received a free go kart add on. The boys have been on them non stop since they opened them. After an initial delivery of the wrong colour quickly resolved by customer services, both swegway have been issue free. They are fast and very responsive. The go kart add on is a lot of fun.

Speedy delivery. Excellent product

I ordered my swegway on the 25th November but had my order cancelled on the 5th December. I reordered on the 5th and was told would receive within 48 hours. I didn't not receive it and have phoned numerous times , emailed and online chatted and was assured I would receive it by the 23rd December at the latest but it never arrived . I explained that it was a Christmas present for my 11 year old son who is autistic and he had only asked us for this one present . It ruined our Christmas due to not receiving this swegway. My son couldn't understand why a company could do that to someone knowing it was a child's present and that he isn't like most children.

Delivery never materialised , told early December, then told mid December, then told my card was a fraud , then told goods on there way , no goods received , then asked for a review , what planet are you on obviously mars,

Great product quick delivery

I ordered the Hoverboard and Kart Combo, But when it arrived the Kart was not as advertised, the hover board was. Despite various phone calls and email this situation was not resolved and I was told by them not to believe the pictures on their website as they send what they want out to the customer.

I ordered 2 swegways for my children. I received confirmation that they would be delivered in 48 hours but after more than a week I hadn't heard a thing. I called swegway and waited over 2 hours on the phone to get through, only to be told that the colours I ordered were unavailable and that different ones could be sent the next day, which they were. Luckily the kids were happy with them so turned out ok. Still the service was very poor and if I hadn't waited for the 2 hours I still wouldn't have known that the colours were unavailable and would still be waiting. No one thought to respond to my emails or even let me know.
