The iSwegway we received for Christmas is fantastic. My daughter has been on it all the time and just loves it. It is quite heavy but we have got used to that.

I'm writing this review because I was sent an email by iSwegway offering a discount to complete a review. How ironic.
To say I had a horrendous experience would be an understatement. I ordered a hoverboard on the 7th of December for my son. As per their claim of a 4 day delivery to Ireland, I was comfortable on receiving the product in time for Santa. Four emails later, five phone calls later (one call on hold for 90 minutes), I write this review on the 27th of December. I have yet to speak to anyone from this company. I bought the hoverboard from another website a week before Christmas. I had to because no one from iSwegway.com had contacted me. Please please do not use this company. Other reviews have said this. This 'company' should be ashamed of it's treatment of customers. I will be returning the board and looking for a refund, if it actually ever arrives.

No problems, hoverboard arrived the day after purchase. This was a present for my daughter for Christmas and she is absolutely thrilled with it.

I ordered this balance board fro my son for Christmas and he was delighted with it, the Bluetooth speaker works well from your phone and the speakers are good quality.

Struggled with a random Paypal error, then delays in arrival, on speaking it was due to colour choice. Chose another clolour and they had it with me next day, in the nick of time for xmas. Phew. More pro-active communication would have been helpful but the issue was solved in the end.

Quick with replies on emails. Phone lines very busy but if your willing to stay on hold someone will get to you.

Great product. However I had problems dealing with i swegway. Wrong colour sent then took over 3 weeks to receive correct colour. Very poor in replying to emails and keeping you informed.

Concerned about getting product before Christmas but it arrived on time. I even had the delivery address postcode wrong but they contacted me for the correct details and delivered on time.
Tracking service very good. Definately would recommend.

Made the Christmas for my 12 year old. Battery lasts long enough. Only drawback is that it gets scratched very easily however this does not seem to reduce the excitement!
