Went to the I store in Crawley with the intention of buying a £750 I watch ultra. Asked to try it on, as you would and was told no as I might run out with it! I’m a 63 year old man. Walked out and they lost a sell …..Think I’ll stay with Gamin!

I booked an appointment for a battery replacement with IStore Bond St. Chelmsford on 15/09 for 20/09.
I arrived at 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment.
When I arrived a 'colleague' asked me if I had received their email.
Naturally I hadn't. I was walking from the car park to the store (about 10 mins) when the mail was sent at 10:13.
Of course I now know that they hadn’t got a battery in stock. They hadn’t ordered a battery. Indeed they apparently can’t order a battery unless I leave my phone with them for a couple of days.
When I express amazement at this the man I was speaking to said "That's how Apple want us to work".
Who is going to leave their phone for "Two or Three working days" to get a battery fitted.
They had a week to tell me all this and save me a journey.... but didn’t.
Not even a "sorry about that".
The booking with Apple says "same day service by the way".
Thanks for your response. It would all make sense except that when I voiced my complaint about the service you replied to say that...
"I can get you booked in and ensure there is a battery there awaiting your arrival".
I really did appreciate that prompt response and the offer to ensure better service. It suggests to me that the problem with the service may be just with the Chelmsford store rather than the ethos of the company as a whole.
I think you may be as disappointed as I was and I hope this helps you improve the service in Chelmsford.

Do not buy off this company they package old products and sell them off as new …I purchased an Apple Pencil it was packaged so it looked new ..But it was broken and also bent …I bought a new one from curry’s and they only refunded half the money ….rip off I have e mailed them several times

I was looking for a new I phone but I wasn’t sure on which one to choose. Leyland at the Ipswich store was excellent. He had a lots of knowledge, he was very helpful and gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend seeing him

Booked an appointment with this place on Friday. The appointment was for the following Monday. For a battery replacement I contacted the store to confirm my appointment and to make sure the part was in stock and available for same day service as I was commuting 45 minutes.
This was confirmed.
I arrived today 15 minutes before my appointment . To be told that the service was not able to take place on the same day , and that they were closing in half an hour.
I proceeded to say that I confirmed everything with them prior to this appointment. 3 days has passed and nobody took it upon themselves to contact me and let me know that the service would not be able to happen.
The customer service was horrendous, the guy was rolling his eyes and acting so unbothered. There was no customer care there whatsoever.
I left work early to make this appointment and commuted 45 minutes.
It’s disgusting.
They then proceeded to call security to get me removed. I’m a female with a child. No threat in the slightest.
The most unprofessional customer service iv ever dealt with.
They Give such a bad name to APPLE.
I don’t recommend using them at-all.
Iv contacted apple customer care and taken it higher.

Shocking customer service from the middle aged shop assistant!
I purchased an accessory for an iPad from this shop and it was the wrong item. I went back to the shop within half an hour and explained my mistake but as I had opened the item they would not refund the cost. I understand this but the assistant was so rude and dismissive and then when I went to look at the other accessories to see if they had the correct item, he accused me of opening another item, which I had not done! People complain about the 'youth' of today but they were far more professional than the middle aged man could ever be. Awful customer service! SUCH A SHAME THAT YOUR RESPONSE BELOW IS AN ABSOLUTE BUNDLE OF TOSH!

I went to the Istore in Woking to buy a new IPad Air. My current one lasted ten years and two months (so quite good). The Istore shop assistant Niro was extremely helpful in giving me advice about the various new IPads. Furthermore, he was instrumental in transferring the data on my existing IPad onto the new one. Overall service was excellent.

The knowledge, patience and pleasantness of the young man, Leyland, at the Ipswich store was superb. I am retired and although I have an aging Ipad, what was available currently I was clueless. He took time advising, and explaining the best choice for me. He covered all the differences I would encounter as well. I was extremely impressed and am delighted with my with my new purchase. I was hugely impressed with the level of customer service I received.
Essentially, I needed guidance on how I could go through the process of transferring over all my iPhone 11 data due to lack of capacity onto an iPhone 16 which I purchased in-store.
It is no exaggeration to state that the customer service I received from Dion Asante was second to none.
Dion clearly understood my requirements as a customer and the time sensitive nature of my request to have a replacement iPhone up and running in a matter of hours. In addition, Dion had to go through the process with me of having Dean the Apple technician reset my new iPhone 16 due to a password issue.
Dion explained the process at every stage so I clearly understood what was required of me. Finally, I had to get additional support with the Microsoft Authenticator app and Dean was superb at explaining to me how I go through the process of signing into the app via my company process in line with company security requirements.
The level of support I received was truly exceptional and it is no exaggeration to state that without both of their support I could not have hoped to have organised a replacement phone within this limited time window. Finally, Dion very generously waived the £35.00 data transfer fee.

Once again the I store staff in Northampton came to my rescue!
My phone kept deleting items from my calendar, don’t know why, as I’ve been using it happily for years, leaving me with information from years ago!
We thought the issue was resolved yesterday but it happened again this morning.
Thankfully it did it whilst I was in the shop, 4 times!
Charlie, Joe and Weija had to work together to determine why it was doing this and how to stop it.
None of them had seen this issue before.
With sheer determination Charlie persevered and refused to be beaten.
Joe and Weija put forth ideas and support, after a few HOURS they finally got it sorted.
Once again their technical knowledge and skills were amazing, their teamwork impressive and, I am so grateful that they appreciated how important this information was to me, and ensured it was resolved before I left.
Another massive Thank you to Charlie, Joe and Weija. Well done to you all
