All of our drugs are listed in the Israeli National Drugs Registry, and our premises are inspected regularly and thoroughly to ensure that stocks on our shelves are safely stored, in date, and permitted.

We are truly sorry to hear about the issues with your recent order. We understand your frustration; however, as stated, we have no control over the USPS's decision to require a signature for international deliveries. It is possible they wanted to keep it secure to protect it from the heat. Additionally, when you placed your order, we advised you that the items you ordered were coming from two separate suppliers and, as such, would be delivered separately. We value your input, and one of our agents will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your concerns further.
Thank you for choosing IsraelPharm.
